I'm almost at a 30lb loss with Tops!
We had two ladies last night in our club that reached their 50 lb loss.
It was a very motivating night at my meeting last night.
How's everyone doing? What's everyone doing this weekend?
I'm going to be taking a little friend of mine shopping. She's 3 yrs. old and she starts preschool in a few weeks. She was with me the other day in the car and she told me that she needed an umbrella for preschool and would I take her to the mall to get one!
She calls me Aunt Susie, even though I'm not related to her, but she's a big part of my life. I've been with her almost everyday since she was born. I'm very grateful to my friend, her mother, for letting me play such a big part in her life. It feels the void since I wasn't able to have children of my own.
It's going to be fun to go to the mall and I'm planning right now, to not overeat. You know how it is, you are there, so you might buy a cookie or a coffee, or just some little thing..well, those add up!
Any ideas on how not to overdue it on junk food at the mall? I know she'll want some sort of treat; I hope to not be tempted.
