I am at work so I need to go but I just wanted to start a thread for today Take care Penny

So far only one person has responded.But I will diffenently try to get a picture. Isn't it fun when you write a post and then lose it.I have done it so many times.
I weigh in tonight but I have a free pass and I will use it.We give one free pass per every 6 months.I have gained big time and am not taking it well.I am to blame but it gets so tiresome always fighting this.

I just wanted to say to keep your head held high and start over again. You can do this. I know what you mean about constantly doing this. This is a lifelong battle that we all have to deal with for the rest of our lives. I know that I get very frustrated at times also. Especially when we go to dinner or to a buffet. I just forget everything that I am working for and eat all I want. I know that doesn't help me but sometimes we just have to do that for our our sanity.
Keep up the walking and thanks for the cards. I wish we were all closer so that we could all meet. That would be great. Don't give up and remember we are all here for you.

I hope the scale is good to you also. My scale has gone down. I have been under my min. points for most of the week now. I had to eat a bowl of cereal last night just to get to the min. pts for the day. So I should see great results tonight. I don't like to eat below my pts for too long though because it isn't good for me. But When I am watching the carb intake it is very hard to get to the min. pts for the day. I have only exercised 1 day this week also.

I haven't been here much this week because I have had bronchitis again and my breathing has not been that great. But I am doing much better today. So hopefully I am on the upside of this.

Not much else going on here. Penny I am glad to see so many people sign up for the new challange. That is great. We all need it.

I am in big hurry as usual lately.
But quickly this is how free pass works.We started it as we all know that when we gain we want to skip our TOPS meeting.And that is when we need to go the most.So once every 6 months everyone is given a free pass{we use a play dollar}.It can be used anytime during the six months.When you give it to weight recorder you get a turtle for that week.We figure that is one meeting that person may have stayed home.It really helps to know you have it if you need it.Some people never use theirs but some do.I used mine last night.Gotta go Time to leave for work.
