Good morning all,

It is bright and sunny here and it is going to be a nice day out. But I feel terrible. I have a head cold. Came on all of a sudden yesterday afternoon. But today is a new day and I am back to my plan and I will not be going off the plan for the rest of the week. I want to win the $2.00 that is out there for the one that loses the most weight this week. The unwise food choice this week is candy. So that is a good one seeing how tomorrow is easter. I am not going to touch it.

I hope everyone has a great day. I will check back in later. I know it is quiet here probably because of the holiday.

Hello to everyone,

I hope you all are having a great weekend. It is trying to snow here and is cold. It is supposed to warm up tomorrow and I hope it does.
I was wondering.....does anyone here eat tofu? I am considering going back to trying a vegetarian diet and I bought some tofu. I haven't liked any that I have eaten before (except in dessert) but thought I would try it again. I have a couple of recipes. I like TVP and I don't know what the difference is between TVP and tofu.
Sherri......I am sorry that you didn't get anyone coming to the open house. You put a lot of work into it and it would be frustrating. I don't know how you can try and get people to come. I have been talking to people at work and trying to get them to join a TOPS chapter because I think they are good. I have told them to check around and they may have to try a few to get the right fit. I hope you are feeling better. It is no fun to have a cold any time of the year but spring colds seem worse. Take care of yourself.

I have to do some baking today but it is only pumpkin pies. I think I am going to try the recipe that has been posted on the board here for a pumpkin custard for myself. It is going to be a quiet day otherwise. I am going to try and do some running next week if the weather is good. My friend won't be around much and I thought I would try and get out and do some running.
