APRIL IS A NEW MONTH AND A MONTH FOR "LOSERS"

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A LOSS THIS MONTH NO MATTER WHAT SIZE!!!!!!

This month WILL be better

April 1 -3 1/2#

April 8 + 1 1/2# I am still ahead but I don't weigh in again til the end of the month

April 15 Will be at SRD

April 22 No meeting

April 29 -1# I had hoped to do better but I am happy with this

April 6 - lost 4 lbs.

April 13 - absent

April 20 - gained 1 1/4lbs

April 27 - lost 2 3/4

Finally getting around to report my one and only weigh in for April.

April 28 - Gained 1.5

So......that is what I did for the month. I really need to refocus in May.
