  • Good luck everyone. My goal for the month is to stay in the black.

    April 04: -.25 lbs. Not much, but its 9 weeks in the black
    April 11: -1.25
    April 18: -.25 11 weeks in the black.
    April 25: Turtled

    I finished the month with 1.75 lb. loss. Not much for trying as hard as I have been doing to lose, but at least I have another month in the black.

    April 1 - lost 1 lb
    April 8 - Stayed the same. Disappointed.
    April 15 - lost 1/2 lb. Would have liked more

    I am going to join this. I am hoping to lose 5 lbs this month. Weigh in on Tues Eve.


    April 1 Stayed the same. Will take that.

    April 8 2 3/4 loss

    April 15 1/2 lb loss

    April 22 2 3/4 GAIN

    April 29 3/4 lb loss
  • Ok, I'm in as usual. Just hoping for a black month.

    April 2 - LOST .25#
    April 9 - Turtle. I thought it would be a loss but at least it's not a gain.
    April 16 - LOST 1.75#
    April 23 - Gain 4!!!!! Oh my, didn't think it was that bad
    April 30 - LOST 1.25#

    Silly me ended up gaining 3/4# this month. Not the direction I wanted to move.....bring on May!

    April 17 #6 Justs keeps getting worse
    April 24 (no meeting but will use my scale for rough extimate)

    April 8- down 5! (made best loser of the week even )

    April 15- down .75

    April 22- Turtled... but still better than a gain

    April 25th:gained 3

    Down only 2 pounds this month. I hope next month will be better.

  • Okay here goes. My goal this month is to add a little weight lifting. I am getting kind of flabby! EEK!

    April 3 -2.75
    April 10-1.50
    April 17 Vacation
    April 24-4.75 (this is really for 2 weeks)

    We will be having 5 weigh-ins this month. My goal is to be in the black at month end.

    April 1 - gain 1/2 lb. (This is our Installation/Potluck).

    April 8 - lost 2 1/2 lb (yay)

    April 15 - away on vacation (visiting MIL who is a great cook!)

    April 22 - away on vacation (what are my chances?! LOL)

    April 29 - gain 1 1/2

    Wow, that gives me a half pound lost for the month!!! I need to get going!

    My monthly goal is to go back to the gym 3 days per week and exercise at home 3 other days.

    I didn't set up a signature yet but wanted to add that I was treasurer 2001 and 2002 and currently co-leader.

    April 14 gained 1 pound still in the rminus though
    April 21 gained 1.5 pound still in the rminus though
    Ok that's enough 2.5 pounds gain. I'm not liking this. Time to turn the tables.
    April 28 -2.pounds = -3.5 pounds for the month pounds
    Next month needs to be better.

  • after being on vacation from march 15th to april 2, i had a loss of 1 and 3/4 pounds. we got home last wednesday but i decided to stay home last thursday and sleep in that day.
