First LinLin, I hope i got that right. Sorry to hear about your home life right now. You have to do what is right for you, and your girls. You are in my prayers, and thoughts.
I was up at 7 am. Not like sleeping in huh. I was hoping to get some "mom" time before brandon got up, but didn't happen. He was up shortly after me. We have a busy weekend coming up. Today, shopping, looking at dressers for dh, and some idea of a new bed for brandon. Got to clean the house and get ready for tomorrow, and tonight we have a yucher party to go to at my sisters. Tomorrow is breakfast with sister-in-law and family, and they are bringing "baby" stuff over, and taking some stuff home from our house. Then dinner with them of lasanaga. Sorry about missed spelled words, but you all get the drift. Busy. Doctor only gave me a 26 # possible gain durning my pregnancy, and i'm at 15. It would be great to stay where i'm at. I'm not as hungery now as i was. I'm starting 23 weeks today. Still have a long way to go.
My mom has hip surgery April 5, so the next 2 months will be helping her out and dad.
My brother left his wife, and moved back in with mom and dad, and probably in the back of his mind trying to figure out how he can get all of what mom and dad has.
Pretty bad when you can't trust your sibs huh. Sister thinks we should move in, my hubby, brandon and the baby, and i. What a trip that would be. Not going to happen.
Last saturday we took brandon to the "super sibs" class that the hospital has to offer, and he got to see a baby girl less than 24 hours old. He said she was so cute. He is so happy about being a big brother. Our space here is limited, but we plan on including him in on decorating the area, and picking things out for the baby. So far and it looks like it's going to stay, the baby's name is Garett Dylan. We couldn't agree on a name, so i took the one hubby likes and the one i like and that's what we have. But with time still left, that could change. DH had brandon calling the baby Garett last night, and brandon liked the name too, however, he didn't like the dylan part. Oh well. Dylan is the best i could come up with to get my sisters name in there that has passed away. Her name was DLYN. Miss her much.

Well i hope all is well with everyone, but it's time i get busy.
Hope everyone stays on plan, and gets out side if it's nice out where you live. If i can find the time, I may plant some flowers this weekend. Hopefully tomorrow.

Hi Shortstack.. congrats on your pregnancy. Please, please, please do not get stressed over an imposed weight limit by your doc. Just eat healthy for pregnancy..lots of fruits, veggies, quality proteins and fats, salt your food to taste, etc. and if you gain more then you know it is okay. I hate it when docs feel like preg. women can "control" their weight gain. Grr. You just enjoy that pregnancy,, okay.

I think that I am taking the children to the zoo today. They like to feed the giraffes.

Hey girl glad to see you are posting again. It is a good thing. You will be able to maintain that weight gain. It is a healthy weight gain for you. Just have to eliminate the junk out of the diet and take back the control. It is easier when you aren't starving all the time. I did the same thing kept gaining every time then I finally evened out and stayed there for about 3 months now I am starting to gain again. We can do this. I am changing my eating patterns to the way the nutritionalist told me and that will help the sugar and the weight. Now I have gone a full week of eating my 3 meals a day whether I was hungry or not is helping to get me back on track. It is hard to eat when you aren't hungry.

Hey girl congrats on staying back on track these last few days. You are certainly a supermom girl. I couldn't do what you do with the kids. Keep going you are doing great.

You are doing awesome to. Did you enjoy your date? What did you do? It sure would be nice if I could just spend some alone time with my dh other then sleeping at night. That is what makes a marriage strong when you take time out for you both. Did you get the workout in before you went on your date? Let us know how it was.

That must have been interesting to have that lady from canada join your group for the night. You have an amazing group and I credit a lot of that to you. You do so much for your group they don't realize what they have in you lady. Keep up the great work. A turtle is better then a gain. You will have a loss this week. Glad to see you are back on track. How about you and richard getting together again if the walking isn't doing it for you? I know you enjoyed that before.

As for me I got Jesse's room all decorated yesterday. My mom helped me put up the border and before she left basically told me my house was filthy. I know the floors were because I can't do it and john hasn't done it said he was going to this weekend. But I was so insulted. It isn't like me to have a dirty house but I can't help it with taking care of ben all week it wipes me out plus vacumming and moping pull my hips out and to me isn't worth it. I have enough pain without doing it intentionally. I hate it but I put up with the dirty floors until john gets a chance to do them for me. Then megan and I put up all the stickers when she got home. I cleaned out the closet in the baby's room as well. So I was beat and really in a lot of pain yesterday and still took care of Ben all day but I was so glad I got the room done. It is getting close to the big day and I wanted it done.
Then today I cleaned and john did the floors for me. He scrubbed the corners and all and it looked great. I dusted and threw things out so it wasn't so cluttered looking. We just don't have the room we need like wendy but we live with what we have and make do. I was surprised this afternoon with a babyshower. I got a lot of great clothes. I have all the summer clothes I will need. Got mostly clothes but that is okay. They were beautiful. Mostly the ones at the party were just my sisters and SIL and my 2 aunts and my second mom and the physical therapist and my mom's and sisters friends. There were people that have been asking me if I was going to have a shower and they weren't invited. My best friend was told about the party and was waiting for the confirmation of the date and they never sent her an invitation. But you have to know my family that is normal. I just didn't feel that great today after cleaning this morning and all. Plus I realized yesterday that I hadn't taken my anti depressant all week and that is a big reason why I feel down like I do. But I loved all the stuff I got. Megan went to a friends house for the day and I had to call her up and someone went to get her for me. I knew she would be hurt if she didn't get to be at the shower. She has been talking about one since I got preg. saying she was going to give me one.LOL So at least she got to be there. There were no pictures taken so I don't even have any for an album but I will have to just remember what it was like. Came home and took a nap for about an hour.
Not much else happening. Supposed to go and see my parents new townhouse they will be moving into tomorrow. They have to be out of their house they sold by april 15th. I am having a hard time with that because they were building the house when mom was preg with me and it is only 3 houses down. It is going to be so weird to never go there again and to pass by while walking knowing someone else is living there. But it is their choice. They don't like all my choices and they live with it because they have to. Know it is my turn to live with a bad decision they made. But there is nothing any of us can do. We can all see the future but them. Oh well.

I talked to christie the other day. She is busy working out like a maniac with a friend. She is back on track with her eating. She had gained some weight again but is back to losing again. She is very happy in her life right now and doing great. She still doesn't have her computer fixed so she can't post. But she is doing good.

Hey Sherri,

The date was fun, and yes..got the workout in to boot. I was pleased with the self control I used on our date. I only sampled the appetizer instead of devouring it like I usually do. Then, I ate half of my meal and saved the other half for dinner...and brought the dessert to go so that I could share with my 3 children. So..I had a great time and didn't deprive myself, but I treated them, also. LOL. I am so thankful that my mother in law loves her grandchildren so much and will watch them while dh and I sneak away for some love time. It is easy to forget to make the marriage a priority, but when dh and I make the time we are always glad in retrospect, you know?

Your mom was RUDE; I would wonder why she didn't/couldn't offer to HELP instead of just making the comment. I mean, she has to know your health, etc. I am not even pregnant and I am so exausted from just LIFE that my house isn't spotless by any means. Gee. I am glad that your DH ended up helping though..I bet it looks great.
