Hi Everyone,
Hope that everyone is doing well. I have weigh in at TOPS in about 2 hours.

Mixed feelings on that.

I have been really consistant with my exercise, but I cannot say that my eating has been under control very well, and in fact..had a huge binge last night that left me really realing.

But...starting anew..continuing on, etc. I think that I will enjoy the meeting, etc. anyways--even if I didn't lose this week.
I am not really following a diet plan, etc. but I am trying to eliminate emotional overeating and binging, and I am incorporating more whole foods, whole grains, less processed food, etc. I think that it will all even out then. I am young, just turned 23, and when I exercise and eat moderately I can lose weight rather quickly. I would like to take advantage of this metabolism while I can, ya know..just need to get myself in check. I am nursing, so I need to keep sensible about it anyways. I would like to get to my goal weight before we have any more babies..not having cycles right now, though, but my son is 15 months old...so could happen anytime, I guess. I just need to get healthy like, yesterday,
Sherri..are you having a scheduled C? Not to be nosey but I was just wondering why/are you having problems with your pregnancy, etc.? I remember my last pregnancy..I was so BIG and uncomfy. He was my third one though..and almost 10 pounds with a head circ of 15 1/4 in.! (I think that is big). My girls were 7.6 lb and 7.13, respectively..so I was suprised that my boy was so big..but I should not have been the way I was munching on m&m's the whole pregnancy.
