Hi Everyone! Looks like Im the only one here again....LOL I have been up for a while just pittering around. I did do some exercise yesterday morning and plan on some more tomorrow night. I did GREAT on plan yesterday. I did go off last night only because it was Treat Night and I knew that already. But I have had my "treat" lol and I am ready to conquer this once again!!! I hope everyone is doing great. I have to get ready for work, while the kids are still sleeping Take care YOUR TOPS PAL! Penny

Hi penny,
I had my treat last night too I am also ready to start fresh! I hope to lose this pesky pound I have gained lol, But I dont think that malt yesterday is gonna help tooo much .....I will do better this week, And you will show a loss too I just know it!! Well I guess I better go catch the kids lol, Have a Super Day!!

Hi Penny,

I am here to.LOL I had my treat day yesterday and I to am ready to conquer this again for the week.

I am doing great today. Hey I wanted to let you all know about what I had the other day and it was fine. I had Fat Free Ballpark hotdogs. I bought them by mistake and for you donna & me they are only 1 pt per hotdog. For everyone else it is only 50 cal. and no fat per dog. They weren't bad either. I can eat them. I tried the tobins (I think) before and they were so gross that I threw away the whole package and wouldn't eat them. We don't have hotdogs very often during the winter. But we do have them more often in the summer on the grill. So now when we have picnics I know that I can get them for me. Even with the lite bread as a roll you are only getting 2 pts for your lunch with 2 hot dogs.
Just thought I would share that with you all out there.

I did exercise today. I am going to exercise at least 4 days this week. I was lazy last week and only exercised 2 days. But I was also very busy. But I am going to make the time and get up earlier so that I can fit it in. I just got so discouraged the week before about all the exercise I did and still gained. But now I know that a lot had to do with all the snacks I was eating that I didn't account for. That is my fault. But I am back on track now and doing well.

Hi guys.I am still around.Just call me day light to dark woman: They even wanted me to work overtime tommorrow.I never worked overtime when I was making good money so I sure am not going to now.I got my first retirement check today.Nothing to brag about but was more than I expected.That was good.My doc appointment was cancelled again.I was suppose to see him the end of Jan and now it will be 1st week of May.Nurse called me back but I was at work.I was only suppose to be on new meds for short time.
i am not losing any weight but I am not gaining so that is a plus.Have been lurking and trying to keep up with what is going on with all of you.Just know I am thinking about you.have a good weekend.
