Default Cool Saturday

We had a cold day yesterday and was in 40's tonight. But it is suppose to be in the 60's and sunny later. I hope so as daughter is having a birthday party for grand daughter at park.
I have given myself a swift kick and am back on track. I wasted the first two months. I have a goal for this year and talks cheap. I know what I have to do to lose and make it. Can't be playing games. This is serious stuff. Just saying we want to lose won't do it. If we do the plan that works we lose. When we start straying we start gaining. We have to be willing to work at this. I am thru playing around.
Have a great weekend. This is always hard for most of us as food is too easy to get to and we eat out a lot. But we can enjoy our weekend and still not eat like we haven't had anything in a month. The only one to keep us from losing is ourself.
We can do this

Eleni ~
Glad to see you back I am so proud of you
Hope you have a great time at Granddaughter's birthday. Get before you go so you won't have the cake

I am being doing wonderful on plan. Can't believe I am still sticking to it. I have passed up so many of my favorite foods and it feels like a breeze now.

My mom and I ate out in town yesterday and I said oh no, I can't have any breads and no meat so where and what am I going to eat. Well, we ended up at Subway and I ate a Tuna Salad which consisted of Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, and Tuna. I was so proud of myself

Said no to the baked potatoes my family ate last night and I even walked a mile yesterday!

I am so proud of myself and excited that I am down 5 pounds so far.

Sorry to talk about myself but I am so excited
Well check back in later

I'm with you Eleni, we need to get our act together and get on track again. I messed up with mine when we went away for Thanksgiving. I got off track, gained and kept gaining for about 2 months. Result-- It kept me from being a first place division winner in our chapter. I came in second place. First place beat me by 3/4 of a pound. The thing that I am trying to remember is: If you are faithful -- you will succeed.

Penny....It is wonderful that you are doing so well, and making great food choices. Sometimes it's hard eating out. We went out to lunch yesterday and the only thing on the menu that I could eat was the salad with a grilled chicken breast. They didn't have any low fat dressings and I forget to ask for dressing on the side and ended up with a soggy salad. I won't eat there again.

Coco and Summer.....We need you girls. Hope you will be posting again soon.

Sherri...Hope you are doing well

Have a nice day, everyone.

Nita
