Hello I also had a no gain month.In fact last night was my fifth week for a loss at TOPS . The last time I weighed what I weigh now was back in May.If I lose my 2#next week it will be the low for the year. This is a very small keyboard .
I am still learning how to use this thing.
The associates here had a pumpkin contest.Some wild looking ones.The one that won is really gross and I was surprised. I thought it was the uglist.I took a picture this morning of them.
Bill bought candy last night.We have so many kids.I will get rid of any left over..But I enjoy seeing the kids.

It's a beautiful day here. It finally feels like fall. We have a nice cool breeze and it's under 80 degrees on my back porch.
I lost another pound at weigh-in this morning which puts me in the black for the month.

Haven't get time to address everyone, but I'm thinking of you and hope you have a good OP weekend. Coco.....Hope the electricity doesn't get cut off during your open house.

Hi guys-I am a quarter of a pound away from goal-I did have a colonoscopy this week so that helped a pound and a half loss-now for that quarter. I am giving away the left over candy, I also bought pencils. Our group did the report card this mounth-I got a B. I am in between WW and following Dr. Phil's book. Doing lousy on the exercise!!!!I need to walk. Mima

It was something the leader had us do from her leader book. We wrote down what would help us lose weight at the beginning of the month and then woul report on our progress every week. It was motivating. Gotta get back on track-had a party for my husband Sunday and there is too much food around. It's going!!!Mima
