Hi all,

I have the day off and it is a beautiful day. It is only going to be 65 for the high today. So it isn't warm but the sun will help.

Happy thanksgiving to all the celebrated it over the weekend. It is hard to believe the holidays are upon us already. Pretty soon we will be starting another new year. The time just flys by I don't know where the time goes.

Everything here is going well. I came in with a 1 lb loss for the week. I am happy with that seeing I wasn't doing what I should all week. At least it is a loss and that is a great thing. In a couple of weeks I will be put on a strict diet and I will have to stick to that..
Today I am getting together with a girl I went to school with. It was a trade school. Votec. She went to a different school them me for high school. I met up with her when megan started in the daycare program. Her son had started the month before that. They get a long great and are the same age. We are going to take them roller skating. They love that. Megan is at my parents (spent the night) and I got to sleep in until 8am. HOORAY. It felt great.
Nothing else happening here.

Hello all, My day has been good. I have stayed on plan and scale is down and should stay down.
Still working on house. I try to do something everyday. Bill is working on his closet now.
He has even lost a couple pounds as he does not snack at night now either. So we are both on a roll.
