That is great that you are below goal still. I think a lot of people will be on more once winter sets in. When it is nice out we all want to be outside in the warm sunshine. That is a good thing.
Remember this is a new day and it is up to us to choose the right path for us. You are doing great. I know it isn't easy to stay at or below goal but you are doing it and I am proud of you.

How are you doing girl haven't heard from you. Did you get back on track?

As for me I am doing good. The scale was down 1 lb this morning so I only have to lose 2 more to be where I was on mon morning. It is amazing how much I have to eat in order to lose weight. It just blows my mind. The less I eat the weight doesn't come off. There is a limit of course on how much I have to eat or I will gain like I did on monday. But I am not feeling deprived at all which is great. I even had an egg mcmuffin from mcdonalds and still lost weight it is amazing. Plus I exercised before I went to bed last night.
We are off to school this afternoon to meet the teacher and find her room. I still can't believe that she is starting school already.

Well I have to get going and do some more exercises then finish getting ready for the day.

Hi Ladies, hope you all are having a good OP day.

SNOW.....SNOW........SNOW!!!!!! Yep, on the highest peaks. Just a pretty dusting, but it is a sign of things to come. Heard on the radio that some ski areas are planning on opening in just 45 days!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!! OK, that's off my chest.

Wanda, nice to see you popped in and that you are still below goal. That is the advantage to staying under goal so that when you do eat more, you have more leeway to play with. Unfotuneately to many of us play with fire on the top end, get out of leeway and lose status. Good for you.....hang on to it!

Sherri, I bet Megan will enjoy school. They love meeting new kids and having more around just to socialize with. I remember the first day Heather went to school 15 yrs ago.....................ah, memories! Keep up what works for you in the eating department.

I had a horrible headache yesterday. Think a lot is new glasses I got and they are mostly blurred. They are the progressive bi-focals and the guy told me the are 'much better than older ones'. WRONG! My old ones are better .... so they are to send me more expensive lenses. It's been a month and it didn't dawn on me that they are probably why I haven't been feeling good in the head. Chocolate seemed to make it feel better. Any excuse to eat off plan, huh?

Tonight is weigh in and I think there will be a gain. Will post later on the monthly thread. Have a great evening all.

Hi Everyone,

Eleni....It looks like that tropical storm is going to hit in your area and drop a lot more rain. I hope it isn't too bad. The new bride and groom are on a cruise that left from Tampa and I have been a little concerned about rough seas, but I'm sure that it will be past before they return on Sunday.

Summer...It just seems like it is too soon for snow on the mountains. But I think that it is beautiful as long as it is somewhere else.
I understand that those progressive lenses take some getting used to. I was afraid to get them when it was explained to me how they were made. I was concerned that I couldn't see out of the side of them. So I took the old fashioned lined tri-focals.
You asked if I had any great grandchildren. I guess that I do, but I'm way too young to be a great grandmother. LOL My son married a girl that already had 2 children. We got them when they were 4 and 5. So to us, they are our granddaughters. We love them dearly. The oldest is the one that just got married and she married a man that already has a son. So, I'm claiming him as my g-grandson. He is a sweet boy. Our other son has 2 children also. A 3 year old and one 9 months.

Sherri......Hope you are feeling well. It is kinda hard to believe how fast the time goes by and our little ones are in school, when it seems no time since they were babies. I'm sure Megan will enjoy school. School started here during the second week in August. But, they get out in May.

DH and I have been having a nice evening. I had a late lunch out at a place that has grandparents week during the week of grandparents day. They really drop the prices for grandparents if they bring in a picture of their grandchild. People drive several hours to eat there. They have great seafood. I brought Jim home an early dinner and we have been sitting around playing the karaoke and listening to some old music. Its nice to just listen to some of the oldies, brings back a lot of memories.

Eleni, how is your weather? I haven't listened to any news today.
We had rain for several days, but not like you guys get.
How are you feeling?

Nita, hope the newlyweds get back in to shore safe. How ar you doing? Aren't grandchildren wonderful? I have two g-sons. They are 13 and 16. The sixteen year old just got a car. I can hardly stand it! He is a Jr in highschool. Will be out and gone before we know it.

Summer, I can't believe it is time for snow in the Rocky's. We didn't make it to CO this summer and I am really sorry. I love it up there...just not in the winter. I have a s-i-l that lived there for 20 years and we went twice a year to visit. My brother has a place near Rye, up in the mountains. We usually go there in the summer. Can't get to it in the winter! It is sooooo beautiful.
I hope you had a good weigh in. Mine is tomorrow night.
How is the head ache today? I went through the same thing and had to go back to the lined ones.

Sherri, how are you doing? You are right about eating. You have to eat to lose. I learned that the hard way. Are you doing ww? I can't remember. What ever works is what you should use as long as you are eating right.

Sherri, I know Megan is going to love school. That is such a special age.

Need to get off and go to bed. I have to get up early, I am going shopping with some friends tomorrow. You all hang in there and have a good week.
