Hi all,

Well I am not doing well at all. Didn't do good over the weekend and my scale is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy up. I have to get this in control. I am depressed again. I have to get my mind set back and take control and think of me again I guess. I am in the I don't give a &(*(*(*( mood. I know that isn't good. My boss told me that this week I have to really focus and think before I talk. He said my mouth goes a lot faster then my brain. I know what I want to say but things are coming out wrong. I just can't seem to focus on anything these days. I am in a very stressful time right now and I need to get through this. I am going to start over today and start caring about me today. Like I told penny if I am not well or in control I am not doing megan any good.


How was your weekend all? We made our reservation yesterday for camp. Went up and picked out a site. We also got megan's picture taken at walmart. It was overdue. I like to get it done in june. So that is finally done. I think I am going to concentrate on my house tonight and get it in order it is a mess. Definately not like it should be.

You can do this girl. I know it is hard to ride this out but don't give up. If you gave up on yourself just think where you might be at right now I am glad you made reservations for the camp. You need to get away again. And I want a picture of Megan! I have never seen her before!

Hello all, It seems like I am way behind on everything. I haven’t been on the internet as much lately. My hubby has been using my computer to play BlasterBall. And since he never used his old computer and I always did I have to let him have his play time.
I am having a soso week. Now I am having problems with breathing due to water retention. But it seems to be better.
I had a really quiet weekend. Met my friend from north of here for lunch on Saturday. We had not been together since SRD. We met at SRD 2 years ago.
Sunday I never left the house. I even let Bill get the groceries.
I have been working on my bird album of birds from our feeders. Sounds boring but it is kinda cool.
Weight is up and down everyday. I see the doc next week.

Missed you all so much!!! I have kinda been in hiding though..... gaining weight in the process and trying toconvince myself it is ok as long as no one sees me do it I am back in my right mind now and ready to start again, I talked to Sherri last night and we are both going to do Weight Watchers together, I think it helps if you have back up Anyone want to join us??? I am starting a menu thread today so feel free to hop on in

I am glad that you are doing the WW. I think I needed that someone to do that plan with. I know it is the only thing that really worked for me. I am at work checking the boards. I have to take a lunch break from now on so I am here.
I am going to start on monday.
By the way I did what we talked about before I went to bed last night. It lasted for about 25 min and I felt soooo much better this morning like a weight had been lifted from me. It helped so much. I am going to be doing it more often. Thanks for the encouragment. Can't wait to get back and start with you.

Hi Everyone,

Christie...It's good to have you back.

Eleni...Congrats on your loss this week. The squirrels got my bird feeder. They chewed a hole in the top of it so they could get down inside of it and eat the seed. And when it rained (which is every day now) the water sprouted the seeds. DH bought me a new one made out of cedar. I wonder how long it will last. How is your squirrel proof one working out?

Sherri.....Hope you are having a good camping trip. Did the power outage in New York have any effect on your area? I would hate to think how bad it would be if we had an outage with all the heat and humidity that we have.

Summer, Wendy, Penny, Coco... I hope you are all doing well.
