Hi everyone,

Time to get up, rise and shine and face the new day. Today is weigh in for some of you today. I wish you luck today. I hope you all have a loss or a turtle.

I am ready for another day on plan. My scale is staying the same but I am not worrying about that. I know I am doing well and that is all that matters. The scale will catch up eventually I hope.LOL

We are going to have more storms here today. Been cloudy with rain off and on and storms all week. Will continue through the weekend I guess. I hope next week is nice we are going camping again starting wed night through sunday.

Well gotta get the little on up for the day and head out to work.

Just wanted to say hi and see how everyone is doing.

My weigh in was really bad. . I gained all I lost. I am having problems with retaining water and I hope that is what it is.

Don't get down lady. It is probably just the water retention. You know that gets the best of you. I hope you get that straightened out soon. How are the other meds working for you? Just keep doing what you know best to do and it will turn itself around.

Well I didn't do to well today because I gave in tonight and had an ice cream. I have fought it off all week and I caved in tonight. I will do better tomorrow. Other then that I did well all day.

18 lbs lost so far that is awesome girl. You keep up the great work. Wish I could say the same thing. You are doing what it takes and it is working. Keep going you will reach your goal.

Penny, Summer, Christie, Coco and the rest of you. Where are you guys. I know wendy is on vacation she is accounted for and christie you should be back by now girl. Get your butt in here and get on track the kids should be back in school this week. It is time for you to get serious again girl. NO MORE EXCUSES.lol

Thanks for the Congrats. I weigh in this morning (Fri) and will know if I lost this week. My scale looks like a loss, but it has lied to me before and now I don't trust it.
Penny......Congratulations on your loss. 2 lbs is doing great!
LaDean and Ciecie......Congratulations to you also. You are doing really well with several weeks in the black for both of you.
I've got a lot to do this morning before I go to TOPS. I will check in this afternoon.
