Good Morning all, It has been raining all night and is still at it. I hope the power doesn't go off before I finish this.
I am doing much better. The job is ok. Surprisingly this new company is better about some things so I may not leave them if new company calls with a job. But it has only been one week . A lot can still happen.
My eating is much better and in fact if I continue I should have a loss this coming week. I am staying away from vending machine. It is impossible to do anything but gain when you are eating "over" a 1000 cal just from vending machine. Stress is somewhat better too. I am putting in a phone for Angel. The phone is for me so I can get ahold of her and not worry. She did not ask me to do it.
But all in all things are greatly improved.
But it has been raining for days.We may have to swim to lunch

That is good that you are busy. Sounds like you are spending some family time together way to go girl. Keep up the great work.

I am glad that the new company sounds good. Hopefully you can stay and hopefully they will give you more money.LOL I know that will take a while if ever.LOL
It rained here all night to and is raining off and on today. Dreary day. Good day to sleep all day. But I am up and about. Got my hair frosted this morning by surprise. My friend showed up out of the blue to do it for me. Have had the stuff for over a month to do it. But both of us have been busy.
That is great that you are getting angel a phone. It will ease your mind a lot and you can check on her. Plus if there is an emergency with her heart and all she can call you or 911 at least. I am sure that has set your mind at ease a lot. You are such a great person. Keep up the great work. I am proud of you for staying away from the vending machines. I think I am going to start working out for 30 min a day tomorrow. Will see don't know if it will be everyday. But I have done my exercises (floor ones) for the last couple of days. That really helps with the toning.

I had a 1 lb loss this week. I am happy with that. So now I have lost 8 lbs so far. If I can just keep losing 1 lb a week I will be happy. I know that last week with the 7lb loss that was not normal. I am going to keep doing what I am doing and go from there. I am much happier doing what I want to do and making me happy. I found out that is the key to being happy. We have to create our own happiness and not depend on others to make us happy. If we do we will only be dissappointed in the end.
It is a quiet day here. I am going to close down the garage here 2 days a week starting this week. It will be a fight but well worth it in the end. I hate having people here every night of the week. It drives me nuts and we have no time to ourselves. So think of me and pray that I have the power to stand up for me to take this stand. Summer just started yesterday and I want to enjoy it.

Other then that nothing else happening. Just wanted to get on and say hi and let you know how weigh in went this morning.

Not much going on today, except for rain most of the day.

Wanda, Congrats on getting your KOPS status back. I know it was hard to get it back, but it is worth it. I hope to get there by sometime next year.

Eleni...I'm glad that you are doing better. We miss you when you're not posting. I've been thinking of Summer too. Hope she is doing well and will be back soon.

Sherri, Glad you had another loss this week. A pound a week is good. It adds up over the weeks and you'll soon be wearing smaller sizes.

Coco...I have been thinking of you. Hope you are doing well.

Congrats on getting KOPS I didn't realize you got it the other night. I missed that sorry. It is something to be proud of and I am so proud of you for all your hard work to get there. Now is the really hard part in keeping it. Remember we are all here for you and your journey isn't over. Stay positive and focused and you will do great. Keep exercising and eating healthy.

Good Evening, I haven't been on here for so long I forgot my name.
