Morning ladies,

How is everyone doing today? It is another beautiful day here. We have tee ball practice tonight so it will be a short night tonight. I have my eye appt this morning. Hopefully they can fix my contacts for me.

Nothing much else happening here. I did lose the 2 lbs I gained on sun. plus 1 more. So the scale is still dropping and I am very happy about that. My eating plan is working and I am eating 3 meals a day and I am not hungry.

Christie where are you girl? Haven't seen you on here in a long time? You aren't working now you should be able to get here.LOL I will try and call you this week sometime. Miss you.

How are you doing? You staying on plan? Haven't heard from you much either. Miss you to. Penny's baby is beautiful isn't he? She has great looking kids. They are going to break some hearts someday.LOL I hope you are enjoying your pool. How is work going? Did they find you another job or did you find another job yet?

Just wanted to check in and let you know that I am still OP. Some personal things have been going on and I didn't feel like posting for the last couple of days.

Coco...Good luck tonight. I hope you have a loss or at least a turtle. It's hard to stay OP, but if we didn't try, we would be a lot heavier than we are now. Hope you get your motivation back soon. Do you think that it helps to keep our food diary posted like we did last week? I log mine everyday, even when I go over. I think that is what has kept me in the black for 19 weeks.

Sherri...You keep up the good work, gal. You are doing great!

Beth...WOW!!! 50 lbs. You are doing great!! WTG.

I have to run, my friend is waiting for me to take her out shopping. Hope to get back later and see how everyone is doing.

Good Morning Ladies
Well it is raining here again. We are in a flood watch until 4:00 am tomorrow morning. Said we may get 1-2 inches of rain. I dont have to worry about the flooding. The road where I live now it floods in a couple of places. But that makes it nice. Not much traffic then. But I have to worry about my Mom and Dad. They live right by the creek. So hopefully the rain dont come all at once.

Well tonight is to be weigh in night for me. It will depend on the weather if I get to go or not. Where our TOPS meet it floods a good bit up that road. So will have to wait and see.

The eating is so-so. Just cant seem to get back on track. I am just picking. And then I dont want a meal. So I just pick some more. So if the scales are up. It will be my fault. I will just have to increase my water. I did real well with that the first part of the week. But then toward the end I didnt do so well. But I was running errends and things getting ready for the party. I thought I cant go shopping and drink water and go potty all the time. Did get all my water in yesterday. So that was good.

SHERRI Good luck with the contacts. And good job with the eating.Sounds as if you are getting back on track. And that is wonderful. I know you can do this. Hope Megan has a great time tonight at T-ball.

FLGAL How are you. Are you back OP. I am having a hard time getting there this week. Weigh in is for me tonight. So am going to try and be good today. And then really get back on track tomorrow. I picked up a new Weight Watchers magizine yesterday. Thought I would read the success stories in it. Maybe that will help. Have a great day.
