Hi Everyone
How is everyone doing. Me? So-so. I have really been trying to get back on track. But for some reason am having a hard time. Over the weekend I didnt take the time to write down what I ate. And I think that makes a diffference.
The party went real good. At least the rain finally stopped. Was just kinda muddy. But it was nice. Then yesterday morn. Hubbys sister called and wanted to come over and have supper. So again not really any legal stuff. Chicken, green beans, hobo beans, potatoe salad, pasta salad, hot sausage, and hot dogs. But was proud of myself. I passed on the DQ ice cream cake they had for dessert. I love it. But didnt have any. Drank two cups of coffee instead.
Today has been the greatest either. Had 6 inch steak sub from Subway. That was for lunch. Had 4 oz candian bacon for breakfast. Had 4 chic-a-fil chicken strips for supper. And a Zone bar for a snack. So I will start again tomorrow writing down what I am eating. I figure I will have a gain tomorrow night. Oh well. I just will have to try harder for next week.
FLGAL How are you doing. Are you staying OP. I hope so. I made everyone take stuff home with them on Sat. That way it wouldnt all be here. Glad I did. I would have been into it. Hope you have a great evening.
SHERRI How are you. That is a great weight loss. You go girl. That is good that you are using fruit instead of the sweets. I am proud of you. Keep up the great job.
MICKEY I know that you will become a KOPS before long. You can do this. We are here for you.
To everyone else I am thinking of you. Hoping that everyone will have a loss this week. Wouldnt that be neat if everyone that post here had a loss this week.
