Default Weigh in Tues

Good Morning Ladies
I couldnt sleep this morn. So I thought I would get on here. But I see no one else was here. So I thought I would start the thread for today. I hope everyone is doing ok. The board seems slow lately. Well tonight will be weigh in night for me. I hope I wasnt too bad Saturday. Guess I will find out tonight.
Well my son joined a local volunteer fire department last night. Went to his first meeting. And then they paged the company out. But then just as they got ready to go. They canceled the call. But said he got his gear and everything.

FLGAL How was your op day yesterday. Looked at your menu. Seems as if you had a good day. That is great. I didnt do to bad myself. And I did get all my water in plus a little extra. But me and the bathroom were good friends yesterday. I am sure you will have a loss this week.

SHERRI How was the party. Have you got rested up from it. I see you are going to join FLGAL and me for the op week. Glad to have you. I think this will work for me. I did better before when I was writing down what I ate. I have to get this weight off.

Mickey, Wendy, Summer, Eleni, and to everyone else I am thinking of you. Hope you are all ok. I miss seeing you guys post. Have a great day everyone.

Coco...I'm keeping my fingers for you to have a loss at weigh in tonight. Has the swelling in your feet and hands gone down since you have been drinking all your water? Drinking the water should help you lose if you gained any from the party Sat.
I think that our working together will help me. I'm becoming more aware of how my snacking adds up the calories and have been trying to plan a snack in and keep it to about 80 calories. And if I have a snack at night, no more than 125 calories. Good luck tonight.

Sherri... How are you doing? Have you gotten rested from the party? What day will be your weigh-in?
I have been thinking along the lines that you were talking about in your last post. I remember hearing about 'living to eat' instead of 'eating to live'. It seem so much of our life revolves around food and loving to eat. I am trying to replace some of my bad eating habits with good habits. It takes time and sticking to it, to change.

Friend on phone. Gotta go.
