for you to have a loss at weigh in tonight. Has the swelling in your feet and hands gone down since you have been drinking all your water? Drinking the water should help you lose if you gained any from the party Sat.
I think that our working together will help me. I'm becoming more aware of how my snacking adds up the calories and have been trying to plan a snack in and keep it to about 80 calories. And if I have a snack at night, no more than 125 calories. Good luck tonight.

I have been thinking along the lines that you were talking about in your last post. I remember hearing about 'living to eat' instead of 'eating to live'. It seem so much of our life revolves around food and loving to eat. I am trying to replace some of my bad eating habits with good habits. It takes time and sticking to it, to change.
