I haven't used either of these, but have heard of them from other people. And they are free.

Joy, when you come to the TOPS thread (where it lists all the different topics) you should see april weigh-ins ( it should be near the top).

Joy, the only thing to do is bookmark it on your brower under favorites.

Thank you Bev. I will try it. I think posting our weight might actually work, cause I want to go out for dinner tonight. (it's my birthday, 48 ugh!) but I know I will be posting my weight, so I am going to hold off till Sat. or Sunday) Let's see how long this little bit of motivation lasts. Joy
