No thread started yet, so I'll get going.
I've been doing well the past 2 days. Rode my stationary bike 30 minutes Mon and Yesterday I walked 2 miles and rode bike for 10 minutes. My knee is now telling me I over did it, but mentally I feel better.
DD continues to get better. She is half way through her shots....she ends Sunday. Can't wait.Sherri, I'm glad you realized you were eating too many cals, but aren't you glad you didn't slack off on the exercise? That's been my big downfall......not moving the body. Yes, I have tried the Pilates, and I have to be careful with those also. The knee is very touchy. Keep up the good work and keep enjoying your job. It is one of the brightest spots in your life....next to Megan!!
