Hi Ladies
Was just checking in. We didnt get to have our meeting again tonight. Said the road to were we have the meeting hadnt been cleared yet. And the school parking lot hadnt yet either. Our road is finally melted off. But there just anywhere to put the snow. Have to make paths for our little dog to go potty. Son has been having fun doing that. He is making a maze for her. She doesnt like to go out in this.

Boy I wish we had our meeting tonight. I need it. We didnt have one last week. And all I have done is eat. So I am going to try and control myself better this week. I havent been writing down what I eat. And that really helps alot. You just dont realize how much you are eating until you write it down. Or I didnt anyway. And I am going to try and walk on my new treadmill. Havent tried it yet. It doesnt have a motor on it. So will let you know how it goes.

Well ladies I better get off here. Just wanted to see how everyone is doing. And to let you know that I am thinking of you. I hope you dont mind if I post often on here. Because without my meetings for 2 weeks. I may need to come here so I dont eat. I am thinking of everyone. Hoping everyone has a loss.

I have been taking care of my Grandma for the past few days here, she fell Sunday night and layed on the floor all night before we knew she was hurt....I hated that SO much! But she is doing much better now and I will be there the rest of the week to make sure of that, Got her a life alert box set up in her home and now if something happens like that she can push a button around her neck and the phone will call us to let us know she is hurt or in trouble. Well guys I am off to the shower so I will feel human,,,,, MISS YOU ALL MORE THAN YOU KNOW
