Breakfast: Coffee and Green tea. 1 egg beater 35, 1 slice w/w toast 40, 1 tblsp s/f preserves 10.

Lunch: Salad / 2 oz chicken, f/f ranch dressing, Water

Dinner: Whataburger chicken strips, gravy, diet coke. Water!

I will start low carb on Monday.:flow1:

Okday 8 of induction and still going strong!

Breakfast - side of eggs from Mcdonalds 0 carbs

lunch- cauliflower suprise 7 carbs

supper- cauliflower suprise (menotinous huh? LOL ) 7 carbs

snacks- hot wings , strawberries 1/2 cup 3.6
1 piece fried bologna, and maybe some sf jello

Breakfast: 1 egg 70, 1 slice toast 35, 1 oz cheese 100, 1 tblsp f/f mayo 10, 1 tblsp margarine 45, 2 slices tomato 25. Water, coffee

Lunch: 2 oz chicken 100, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts w/ lite butter 45.
Water, Water, Water!!!

Dinner: Chicken strips, gravy 2 tblsp, french fries, about 6.
