Breakfast: Coffee and Green tea. 1 egg beater 35, 1 slice w/w toast 40, 1 tblsp s/f preserves 10. Lunch: Salad / 2 oz chicken, f/f ranch dressing, Water Dinner: Whataburger chicken strips, gravy, diet coke. Water! I will start low carb on Monday.:flow1: |

Breakfast - side of eggs from Mcdonalds 0 carbs lunch- cauliflower suprise 7 carbs supper- cauliflower suprise (menotinous huh? LOL ) 7 carbs snacks- hot wings , strawberries 1/2 cup 3.6 1 piece fried bologna, and maybe some sf jello |
