Two days in a row.....I just a broke a record.

Did 8 miles again but at a little slower pace. It took me almost 45 minutes. Had not eaten yet this morning before I hopped on and I was feeling a bit woozy.

I feel so much better since I have been back to exercising the past 2 days. The water is going fine. Tonight is weigh in, will post later.
Hope everyone is doing good at their goals. Keep plugging along.........
