Default will be joining TOPS

after the holiday any pointers on what to expect.... i have not found support with ww and have not lost weight due to it and my ever bending elbow so i need to be reminded of what i am doing to myself on a daily basis...............................hahaha really i do
any takers on yelling at me everyday.........

Good morning/afternoon Marlene.
I can do that on occasion, but prefer not on a daily basis. We've all had our bad days. You have to get to a point that you really want to change. I feel inside and out. But it's up to you. You know what to do, do it. It's not always easy just doing it, it's a mind set. Believe in yourself, not others. Others giving you support isn't going to make you lose the weight, they might help motivate you, but they can't do the work for you. Only you. Only you can control what you put in your mouth. you don't have to wait till after the holidays either. Take control of you life today.

oh i know ur words are so true maybe i just meant the motivation and the care of others do help u to lose weight cause when the times are bad and u take that extra bite maybe for me knowing that one of u out there would be upset is i did that might help my mindset.............................i am going to a xmas eve party now at my sisters and i am bringing a ww dessert with me and feel good about that and i will watch what i eat tonight and tomorrow when i am having dinner at my sister in laws and yes i am bringing the same ww dessert with me so that i don't get tempted to eat cookies. which i avoided making this year cause i don't trust my self so thank you for ur input and i will think of those words during the holiday..thanks again

well i stuck to the ww desserts yesterday and am proud of myself for that and now today i think i can do it again with no problem and my husband bought me a good calorie and diabetic food book for xmas and i will follow that as well and i know i will lose weight this co ming year.............................
