I can do that on occasion, but prefer not on a daily basis. We've all had our bad days. You have to get to a point that you really want to change. I feel inside and out. But it's up to you. You know what to do, do it. It's not always easy just doing it, it's a mind set. Believe in yourself, not others. Others giving you support isn't going to make you lose the weight, they might help motivate you, but they can't do the work for you. Only you. Only you can control what you put in your mouth. you don't have to wait till after the holidays either. Take control of you life today.
