Today is goal day for me. I'm getting ready to do the gazelle, and then do the goal. I didn't finish everything on my to do list, but I'm a lot further than I was yesterday. I need to make some adjustments in mine. Well can't talk long, i will be back when my goal is finished.

Hope everyone is keeping warm. It is cool here. The sun is shining. But it isnt very warm. In the 30's. Went to church this morn. Going tonight. The group from church is singing at another church. So we will go there.

Not much happening here. Hubby has PT tomorrow morn. Then we are to have TOPS tomorrow night instead of Tues. Tues being election day. They canceled our TOPS meeting. But they hold most of the elections in schools here. So our TOPS meeting is at a school and they use that building to vote in. So we cant have our meeting. Not really looking forward to the meeting. Suppose to start another contest. So not sure if they are starting it this week or next. Well everyone have a great day.

Just got back from seeing our two grand sons gets baptized. Went out to lunch with my son and family. Then Bill and I drove out to this restaurant in Homasasa (sp) on the river so we could see monkey island. It is a very tiny island that has 5 monkeys that live on it. It is about the size of a normal house driveway Someone built shelter and things for them to climb on. Someone takes food out there but there are sighs warning people to not come on the island. The monkeys are very aggressive. They are 3 spider monkeys and 2 squirrel monkeys .Monkeys have been on this little piece of land for many
years. The originals were monkeys that kept escaping from a wildlife park.They were put here because they kept getting away.
At first it looked like we might not get to see but one small one. But just before we were ready to give up the bigger ones came out and were showing off. That was our adventure for the day. I am always dragging my poor husband to strange places.
Have done good with my eating so far. As usual the weekend has gone by way too fast.

Congratulations on acheiving your goal today. I know you feel so much better because you are a lot more organized and in control today then you were a week ago. Way to go girl. I am there for you.

I hope you had a good time in church today. How is everything with you. PM me girl I miss you. Good luck at the meeting tomorrow. Remember you have to take a stand for you. If it is better for you NOT to do the contest then DON'T do it. They can't demand that you do it. This way you will continue to have losses.

What an adventure lady. You always do great things. That would have been neat to see those monkeys.
Sounds like you had a good time at the baptisms. That is special that they were baptized together.
Great job on controlling the food this weekend. Sounds like you like your new tape. That is great that you are doing such a variety of tapes. It keeps your metabolism up doing different things. Way to go.

I had a good day today as well. The eating was controlled and I made a decision and stuck to it. Even though it was very hard for me I stopped procrastinating and did it. I feel better now. Now I just pray it was the right decision. Time will tell.
