Eleni, Thanks for the wonderful card. I must hold the most water in my system than anyone I know. I gained 2.5 pounds last night. I also worked out before i went, but i did last week too. So eventually I will get this off. I was up at 2 thinking about this. I have to beat bell, and the one thing i can say good, is yesterday she was up 2.5 pounds too. So maybe by tomorrow I can show a loss. I'm not going to let this get me down, I'm going to make it. The bookstore does have the book in, they called last night. I'm going to buy myself a birthday present (mom and dad), I figure the way that book sounds I will be getting a lot of reading out of it. I"m doing program for at least the next 3 weeks on program # 47. Habits. Just a reminder. I also read that paper yesterday, i carry it with me. I can't get enough of that one coco. thanks Sherri for showing us these things. Well the clock is ticking, heads high. We can do this.

You hang in there. I sent you a PM girl. I have gotten off track myself in the last day or so. I am thinking about everything again and not accomplishing anything. I stopped writing in my journal as well. I am going to get back to doing that everyday. I was feeling much better about me and back in control when I did that. It is terrible that you can get back into the same old habits so quickly.

I got the book fit from within today. Did you add some of the words to that so we could understand it? I read the first part and it was telling about living in today. But not half as good as you did? You really got the message out better then they did.LOL I also got a Dr. Phil book Life Stratagies. I have it on tape but it is better I think if I just read it. Then I can highlight parts in it. I am going to use these books for programs when I do one again at TOPS.
I just thought today that I need to get back to me. What a better way then sitting down and reading how to do it. Then I think I can stay more focused. If I take the time to highlight things then that means I am really paying attention.
I also read part of a book put out by Montel Williams. In there they say to make it a 21 day program. They said when you workout to concentrate on the part you are working on and don't socialize. If you are concentrating on what you are working on then you workout harder and you get more results. So I am going to try and talk less at curves. Try and not get distracted like I do. I let my mind wander all the time. That is not good.
So I hope you all had a good day. I am going to start reading everyday and get back to writing in my journal here online.
I went to get my free massage today but they had to reschedule me because the owner is the only one that can do it. She is the one that donated it otherwise she would have to pay the person to do it. So I am going back next monday to get my massage. I was going to wait to use it as an award but like Coco said there is no tomorrow so I decided to get it done today and live for today.
