Hi Ladies
Well it is Friday and time for the weekend again. Where is time going. Just seems like it was Monday. Not much happening here. A friend of mine is having a Pamper Chef party tonight. So am going to that. And of course food is involved. So I thought maybe I would eat a little something before I went. Then maybe I wouldnt be tempted by the food there. Hope so anyway. Eating yesterday was pretty good. I was afraid I blew it at McDonalds. But maybe not.

Sherri Thanks for the site. Will check it out. I have a WW book with resturants in it. But the fajita wasnt listed in it. I am thinking of you. Hope you appt goes well. Hubbys PT went ok. Makes him pretty tired though.

To everyone else I am thinking of you. Hoping that you are doing ok. And are having losses. Hope everyone has a great weekend. We are suppose to get some rain. I hope we do. It is really dry here. The little creek down the road from us is dry. No water in it. Well I gotta go. Need to do my dishes. Was lazy last night after coming home from church and didnt do them. Then I have to figure out something for supper. Take care everyone.

Good morning, everyone!

We went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner last night. It was not a particularly good choice because there was very little on THAT menu that was healthy! I did make the best choice I could under the circumstances. I ordered a chicken fajita - didn't touch the sour creme or the guacamole. Only ate three of the four tortillas (which were small). I did eat the cheese, but they didn't seem to serve a ton of it, so I think I was okay. All in all, I would have to give myself a B if I were to grade my effort. Okay... maybe a B-.

Cecie... sounds like you are on the right track. Keep it up! I have the Restaurant Confidential book if you are interested in knowing what the various calorie/fat content of restaurant fare are. I also just picked up a brand new WW cookbook that lists points.

Co-leader... I am going to try your idea of walking an extra mile for every unauthorized treat I eat! That sounds like a great idea.
