Well we have one more week left of this contest. I lost 4 pounds this week. I've been really working hard on this thing, and changing my attitude. This is all a mind set. I know I say this now, cuz i'm doing good, but think about it. We all know what it takes. We all know how to do it. We just have to make positive changes, and then the weight will come off. Total weight i've loss so far with this thing at work (-7.5). The first time i didn't like it and was using excuses. But i've changed my mind set. After next week weigh in, we are going for a 10 week. $1 a week. Not sure if it's winner take all, or if we are going to have a 1 & 2nd. place. Bell gained today. So did another girl, and one stayed the same. come on ladies we can change our attitude, and our thoughts, and make this thing happen.

coco. hang in there. work on changing your attitude for the contests. Is there anyone that gets under your skin, and you want to beat the pants off of them, or maybe start thinkng more positive thoughts
