Hang in there girl. I know you can kick this thing and start over again. I know it is hard getting back on track but you can do it. I know you can. You were losing before so I know you can do it again. Just find the mindset you lost. I am sure it is there someplace.

I hope all goes well with the dr's today for your husband. Yes it is terrible when they close those places. We have a joanne's up here also. It is the only place left in the near area to go here. It is 30 min away. The next closest place is 1 hr away. So I hope ours doesn't go out. I don't know if it is or not. I know the ames here is going out.
Start writing things down again girl. I did this morning. I am starting with the mini meals. I have heard so much for so long that that is the way to eat but I never really did it. We can stick to our plans but just break up the amount of food we eat at each sitting. They say it boosts your metabolism also. So lets try it for a week and see what happens are you with me girl. I wrote down my points also.
I had a 3 lb gain last night. I wasn't happy. But since I went back to regular food from the bland diet I gained it back. At least I didn't gain it all back. I still am 1 lb down.LOL I will have a loss this week. Just hope I can exercise this coming week. Didn't get to exercise all this week so that is a problem to.

That is great that brandon got into the pre school. I know you were really pushing for that. Thanks to the MIL right?LOL I am happy for you because I know that is a great thing for you. Even better that you can go to curves on a reg. basis also. Way to go girl. Now you don't have any reasons to not lose.

How is your daughter doing? I hope everything is fine. How are you doing? Did you have a loss last night? And the piano lessons?
I gained 3 lbs at weigh in last night. I didn't go to the cooking presentation last night because john had to work in the garage and megan was sick. She was bouncing off the walls last night with all the meds in her though. Then on my way home I saw the rabies clinic for the dog. She was overdue on her shots but haven't had the money. So I came home grabbed megan and the dog and went up the street for that. She got her shot for only $5.00. If I didn't have it then it would have been free. So that was worth it. If I took her to the vets that was doing the clinic then it would have cost at least $35.00. So I saved a lot of money.
Well I am out of here for now. I have to get ready for the day.
