Eleni, brown fingers huh? You just like those fall colors. Glad you're being good with the exercising. Sorry about the gain, but I know how that goes. I gained 3 pounds last week. YUCK! You and I need to control our eating. Keep your fingers busy... and clean.... at those piano keys. I'd love a copy of the bingo game too. Thanks
Sheri, good going on your loss. You have such a 'keep in keepin' attitude. You are the strength behind a lot of us. Thank you for the card. It is on the computer so I know I have someone watching over me and constantly reminding me that I can do this! You know you can too!
I honestly can't remember what you other ladies did at weigh in, but Wendy I think you gained. You will get it off. Nita, I think you lost...Woo-Hoo! Sorry if I'm wrong! Better not guess at any more. It has gotten to the point that if I don't make notes, I can't remember things. Guess I have too much in my life to keep track of.
My eating was real good Friday and yesterday it wasn't. So far today good. Geesh, can't keep things constant. School is starting next week for Melissa and I am dreading it. I lose more of my privacy and I hate it. Got her new w/c and it is big and heavy. Don't know why they have to add the bulk. Not easy to pivot and we had to take off the extended handle bar so we could get it into her bedroom. Loading into the van is not easy now either. One person has to get in and pick it up to turn it....even getting her over the floor door jamb.....so hard to tip back. This is not easy with us getting older and 'weaker'. I won't be able to move it around when my back goes out.

She's had some respiratory 'crud' for almost a week, but we've been able to control the temps so we're getting better.
College dd is stressing big time right now. Classes are difficult.......I'm hoping she will settle down soon. Wish I could be of more support to her.
I'm making rib eye steaks with cooked cabbage for dh and me tonight. Really looking forward to it. We like potato's but know we don't need them....just eat some more veggies. Um!
