I just lost a long message and ugh!!!!!
Bill took the only tree we had in back yard down. Now he has to get it to the dump before 12 today. The dummy set his alarm at 5:30 so guess who else got woke up. But I also have a lot to do. A neighbor kid and my son are coming at 9 to help. My son owes me $75 so at least this way I will get part of my money back. Bill will not let me help. I would rather do that than yucky housework. But he worries about me so I will be good and not help. Maybe
Went to ortho doc for knees. Did not do anything as there isn't a lot to do but get a cortisone shot. I declined the shot. We already knew the right knee is shot. He said later he could do the scopic cleanup on left knee. I asked him if I should stop trying to walk. He said he never wanted to tell anyone to be inactive. He said I would not damage knee by walking. Very important to lose weight. Which I already knew that. he will not increase the vioxx I take unless heart doctor gives approval. I see him in two weeks but don't think he will let me take more. He wanted me to stop taking it but pain was too much. So he let me continue. So all I can do now is just suffer.
I do not know how I had a 3 1/2 # loss. I am telling you I should not have had it. I dropped it overnight. Strange. I am trying to just hold where I am this weekend and then I maybe can lose before my meeting.
