Smile I joined Tops this evening!!!
Hi everyone! Just thought I would post to let you know that I did go out to check the local Tops meeting....well actually tonight they didn't have the meeting as it was just too hot in the clubhouse, but I weighed in and had a chance to talk with some of the ladies. They sent me home with some magazines and phamplets and a book...all of which I haven't looked at yet. They were a really upbeat, friendly group and that was the decision maker for me. I need somewhere I'm actually comfortable speaking up, I don't see that being a problem here where as at my Weight Watcher's meeting I never did speak out about anything as the group was just too big and I get nervous in large groups, definately don't want all eyes on me as I'm talking

Hi,
My husband and I joined Tops together 4 weeks ago. I have lost 10 pounds and he 8.
I had first tried tops 10 years ago and liked it better than weight watchers so we went back.
I am just counting calories. I use a calculater. I keep it on the kitchen counter and everytime I eat anything, even if its just a few grapes I add it up.
We also joined the fitness center in our little town. We are both 50 and needed to get moving. I think the older you get the harder it is to get it off.
Anyway,
