I don't want to get into the challenges. They are like a jinx to me. Everytime I get into one, or in a contest, I gain weight. So I thought I would start a thread just to post weigh-ins. If anyone else would like to post theirs, please do.

Aug. 09 -.25 lbs.
Aug. 16 -.75 lbs
Aug. 23 -.25 lbs Total of 2.75 lbs. 4 weeks in the black
Aug. 30 -.25 lbs 3# loss for the month of Aug.
