This month is almost gone. They sure do seem to go by fast.
It will be the end of the year before we know it. I am behind on my goal to lose an average of 1# a week. I have got to quit talking the talk and start walking the walk. The only thing keeping me from losing is me. I have to quit making excuses and just do it. I still have plenty of time to make my goal for the year. I just have to get serious and stay that way. So I am going to try harder.
Hope everyone has a good weekend. Stay cool and don't get overheated. So of us are having record breaking heat indexes.

I hear you about walking the walk and talking the talk. I have to do better also. I did lose this week but I do have to do better. I know it won't be while I am away.LOL But when I get back I have to do a lot better. I can do this and I will.

We had a great time today. Me and my husband went to syracuse state fair grounds today for a car show. There were over 600,000 cars there. You would have loved it bill to. We went all by ourselves. Well we did follow someone out and hung out with them. But we didn't have megan today and it felt great to have a day by ourselves. I figured we could spend today together for our anniversary. It is on monday the day before I leave for christies house. That way we can say we did something for our anniversary you know. We walked all day. But I ate bad foods.
