July18 ~.25# loss ~ 166. I was surprised to have a loss. I have been on methylprednisolone since Monday and it always causes a weight gain. But I'm feeling better and only have 3 more days on meds. So maybe next week the scales will be down more!
July 25 ~ I didn't make weigh in tonight, I had company! But my scales say I'm down 1 # ~165. Only 5 to go!

Well, the best laid plans of mice and men...(or women!) I didn't reach goal, but I am still at 165. But I am still trying...
I will join this challenge also. Didnt do too well on the last one. But maybe I will do better on this one. NO!! I WILL DO BETTER!! Weigh in on Tues eve.
