Well good morning ladies,
Welcome mtw. Glad to have you. Hope everything and everyone in your chapter grows in all ways possible.
I did manage to lose last night and today is looking great. So all you ladies hang in there and we can do it.
We had our picnic last night. Not to bad. Weather was great. There were a couple of fruit/jello dishes, these dishes were awesome. We had a three way tie for our quarter game. NOt much more going on. Just gotta get my work attitude into check. Ya right.

Congratulations girl. I knew you would have a loss last night. You have been doing great. Keep up the great work. Sorry I missed you last night.

I didn't make it to curves last night either. I got a call from the older couple I help out. He went to the hospital last night. Thought his hip came out again but it didn't. He is in a lot of pain. They kept him there overnight. Don't know when he will get out. I couldn't get in touch with their daughter so I had to bring the wife here last night. With her alzheimers she is very confused especially with being in a new place and all. She didn't sleep much that is for sure. She is ready to go home and it was only 6:30am.LOL I have to get a shower and get her home. The daughter is coming today. Then this morning megan threw up twice. So when it rains it pours. She is scheduled for her anual check up today at 4:30 so that is great timing.

I will have a hectic day here.

Have a great day. I did stay on plan yesterday also. But only got in 64 oz. of water. But it is better then none. No exercise either. I will go tonight if all is well.

Hey all!

Happy Tuesday to you too!

Weigh in day, no making KOPS tonight, hubby made me the worlds best steak, potato salad and caeser salad for dinner last night. He had the table set and the steak on the grill when I walked in the door at 9:15 last night. Humoungous rib eye, it was delicious! It was so sweet of him, I had to eat it even though I had just had a McD chicken caeser at 6:30. He has such funny food ideas, if it has salad in the name he thinks it is OK to eat. The potato salad was loaded with mayo and chopped eggs, he looks at me with his eyes all shining and says "I even made you 2 salads!" Sigh.......... Love that boy to bits but......LOL!

Bad week for me...My "aunt" was visiting and I cant walk when she's here..sigh...so I hardly walked this week...but I did tonight...and the food intake wasnt particularly good either.....sigh...but Im starting over....Got my first TOPS magazine today and I like it Weigh in tomorrow..
