Default Wednesday

Good morning. I went to curves last night and I liked it. I will work out on the gazelle tonight. Curves this week will be (the rest) Thursday, Friday, and Sat. I enjoyed it cuz i was only gone for 1 hour. And it was a work out. I've decided to make that work out 2.5 miles for my travels. (be back buzzer just went off).

Wendy,

I am glad you like curves. You are right about it being quick. I like the part that you can go at any time and workout just jump in someplace. Also working out with other woman doing the same thing really keeps me motivated. I love it. May be you will be able to keep going. It is worth it to me. I go so much that I think it works out to $1.00 a day.

I am going on a train ride with my daughter and her class today. The graduate tomorrow. It is rainy here. So that is not good. Maybe it will clear off. She has never ridden a real train so this should be exciting for her.

I did great yesterday but I swear my scale is broke it won't go below 181 lb. But I will get it to move somehow.

I have to get going for our train ride.

Glad you 2 and everyone here is doing well...Id love to join curves but theres none here...so I guess Ill stick to walking..LOL..I have weigh in tonight. Hoping for a loss.

Glad to here everyone is doing well. What are the hours of Curves? It is a no frills place, isn't it? I have 2 kids and my husband works nights.

I had my weight in last night and I lost 4 3/4lbs. But that was for 2 weeks. I missed last week because of a funeral. I am now under 200ls. I weighted in at 197 1/4. Yeah! Only 47 1/4 more to go.

Hi Ladies
Well I havent been on here for awhile. But I guess I am going to just have to start making time. I have gained in the last two weeks. That is one reason I havent been posting. Because I had gained. Thougth how can I give these ladies support and encourgement when I cant even lose myself. But last night I had weigh in again a gain. And I thought to myself I need my friends here. I was doing pretty good when I was posting all the time. But at times I felt I wasnt contributing enough. I have slacked some in walking even. But it has been pretty hot here and humid. The humidity has been pretty bad also. Was suppose to rain and cool down last night but hasnt. But hubby and I did walk this morn 2 miles. I cant stand that humidity. Just like I cant catch my breath. We walked early this morn. So it wasnt as bad as waiting until eve. Well our TOPS group started the marble (stone) in the jar thing the first of May. We finally got to put our first marble in last night. That shows how well our group is doing as a whole. Not very good. The best losser this month is to get a free body massage. I know that I dont have a chance on that. Not with 2 gains this month. Then the runner up will get a free facial. That would be nice too. Again no chance for me. I would like to get summer princess. But I know there would be no way I could do that. Not with me messing up this month. I got kinda down. I went and tried on some shorts. But I am in between sizes. The ones I would wear were a little loose. But the next size was a little snug. And I thought ok. Am losing some. So why cant I get into the smaller size. I have lost some inches also. So that was a bummer. So of course I started eating and havent stopped. But I need to. Or else the smaller size will never come.
Welcome to all our new ladies. The ladies here are great.
Sherri. Hope you are doing well. Sounds as if you are really doing great. Just think of how toned and the muscles you will have from all the exercise. And that may be why the scales havent went down. You are gaining muscle. And the is great.
Wendy. I hope things have settled down for you. And I do think of you often. You take care. That is wonderful that you joined Curves. Just to get out for the hour is wonderful. You take care.
Eleni Hi hope you are doing ok.
Summer Hope you hubby is doing ok. And that the results come back ok. I think I have the right one. Your Hubby was doing Chemo. Have a good day.

Default You are Somebody ( WE ARE SOMBODY)

here is the link for ont. canada. It is for sure a no thrill kinda place. It only takes about 30 min. this doesn't include the stretching that is recommended though. But sherri is right, the cost isn't bad. The other gym that i was going to is about 40 min away, one way. plus the workout, and it has a pool, and all the fun stuff, so you always stay longer. I would have to have 3 hours if i was doing that. so $1 a day is worth it. I just have to make sure hubby watches son for those nights buy himself, and make sure he has time for himself, and time to do the work around the house. So i have to make sure he is ready for this too. Cuz I want no complaining when i do do it.

Thanks coco for thinking of me. As for you girl. We all get that way. Sometimes it's hard to get out of. So stop and take a deep breath. You are worth losing the weight. No one can do it for you. You are somebody. Take baby steps to get back on track. Walk a little than increase, or drink more water. I hadn't exercised in 6 weeks. But I know I have to sooner or later. So why not start back at it. The home thing, i'm making it settle down for me, I have to. I don't feel like i'm getting anything done,cuz i'm all over the place. Our camping trip is a month away, and I'm already getting ready for that, cuz i don't want to be doing it at the last minute. I tired of doing things at the last minute. There really is no reason for it. Just myself being lazing and unorganized. I have a lot of time that is wasted daily. And i'm gonna figure this out. So I'm stopping, and focusing. I'm going to do some organizing, ( i keep working at it, one day i will get it right), Brandon has needs, folks has needs, hubby, ect., but i have them too. I do what i can, but I figure the better I feel, the better i'm able to give. It will be hard, but we all can only take it one day at a time. We didn't do this over night, and for the most of us, we've had this fight one way or another all of our lives. We have to make life style changes, which include growing and learning. So you are learning. Now think of you. Now start applying. Ladies We CAN DO THIS. Just like bob the builder says. ok, i'm done. {{{{{{{{{vibes}}}}}}}}}} as some of us would say. Thinking and caring about all of you

I was asked by the Leader to give the presentation this week since she is out of town. Im going to do a roundtable discussion on Fast Food...Im so nervous!!!!1 hour and counting..LOL...Got my TOPS membership card this week... Cant wait for my first issue of the magazine....
