Default Tuesday

Good morning. I see where so many of you are just doing fantastic. a lot of losses. That is so great.
I am back on track but I know I will still have a gain this week. I am trying to get some off before Thursday. I did good with my eating and exercise yesterday.
here is some info from our SRD
King lost78.75# runnerup was 46#
Queen lost 159.75# runnerup was 109#
Weight loss for Florida was 50,138.75# Awesome
Total Chapters 288
men never have as much to lose as women
But it does show that people are losing and so can we.

Hey Everyone and good morning! I know i have not been around much lately with the new job setting in I am trying to get back into routine. It seems to be helping me with the weight loss though

Eleni~ I am glad to have you back! And I hope you do great this week! All we can do is just take each day at a time and focus on what makes us happy. That is what I try to do anyhow! Good job with the eating and exercise yesterday! That is such an inspiration for someone to lose that much weight! Now it does not make my 33 pounds look so big. Makes you think

Well I am off to do my momly duties! Have a WONDERFUL ON PLAN day!

HAPPY TUESDAY ladies!!!!

I am so proud of you all. A agree some are having wonderful losses and seeing these will help the rest of us. It's awful when we get in a gaining/plataeu phase.....but we shall overcome!

I've been doing pretty good and even if I just turtle, I will be happy. I'm not hard to please today! LOL!

Eleni and Nina, I am happy that you had a good time at SRD! I have always liked them and can't wait till IRD. Everyone that has been to one says they are so much better and of course, more to do. Lot's and lots of people. Wish someone here was able to go. Since I'm working it, I plan on going down to the final planning meeting in June and find out some of my assignments.

Eleni,

I am so glad you had a good time at SRD. I can't believe what happened to you at the hotel though. That would have ruined it for me.LOL Good thing you have a good sense of humor about the whole thing.
Good for you for getting back on track yesterday with the eating and the exercise. Even if you do have a gain this week you will definetly have it off by next week. Keep going. Did the SRD motivate you and the others to keep going?

You are doing awesome girl. You keep going. I wish I was losing like you are girl. You are getting thin on me and I am being left behind the scenes. Keep up the great work. You deserve it. You are doing all the right things girl.

Summer,

Glad to hear that you have had a good week also. I am sure you won't have a gain this week. Tomorrow will tell right. Let us know. Keep up the great attitude. That is what is needed here on this very tough journey of ours.

As for me. I fell off the wagon. I ended up going to an unexpected anniversary party on sunday. But before that I ended up with another asthma attack on saturday night. I don't know what caused that one. It came from out of the blue. I was home. Then we ended up going to church on sunday then to the anniversary party. I ate there but didn't drink. I have been walking every day but today also. But I danced for a few hours and I was sweating like a pig. But had a blast.LOL I was so glad we went. My husband and daughter and I went with my parents. I was shocked my husband went. But he had a great time to. Then yesterday it was a very busy day. I stayed on track point wise yesterday. But then ended up taking my daughter to the clinic. She dropped a 5 lb weight on her foot. I thought it was the 8lb one but it wasn't. The 5 lb one was bad enough. I thought she broke it but she only bruised it really bad and smashed the tissue around and muscles around the bone. She was to stay off it last night and all day today. So I didn't send her to school.
I had to take the older couple that I care for today to the Doctor. He had a followup visit for his hip. Then while checking out of the office his wife collapsed on me. I had megan with me and the husband in a wheelchair. They called 911 and she was past out cold. Scared me to death I thought the woman died. They are 89 & 90 years old. So the ambulance took her away to the hospital as we followed. I had to carry megan most of the day when I could because she wasn't supposed to be putting pressure on her foot today. But I had to wheel the husband in the wheelchair and she couldn't sit with him because he has a brace on his hip and leg. What a mess. I had to call and leave word for the girl that I was to watch her kids today to say I couldn't do it. We never got the couple home until 5:15 pm tonight and it happened at 11:00am. What a day. I tell you my daughter weighs 33 lbs and I had all I could do to carry her around today. I was thinking tonight that is what I have to take off of my body that amount of weight. I will be so much lighter. So my eating really got messed up today. I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes a small bag of chips and some spaghetti for dinner tonight. It wasn't bad. I am within my points still I am sure. I haven't figured it yet. But just I didn't want to have what I did have.
I have been doing the strength training. I am doing it every other day so my muscles have a chance to recoop.
We leave for vacation on thursday and I haven't done a thing yet to get ready to go. I have been out straight. Plus I had to print all megan's birthday invitations before we left and get them in the mail. Her party is 2 weeks after we get back. My printer is still messed up so I had to make it and send the file to my dad and go down there and print them all. I had to make 33 invites. I just mailed them tonight. It took me 2 nights to do it to fit it in. But they are finally gone.
So I have been out straight for the past few days. I have the whole day off tomorrow. Hopefully the older couple won't have any emergencies tomorrow and I can stay home and get all my packing done and the laundry completed so I can pack stuff. I didn't reach my goal of a size 14 like I wanted to. But it is my own fault. I am still working on it but I blew my challange. I will have to start the 12 weeks over again. I think I should change it to 4 weeks on plan then once I acheive that add another 4 weeks to it until I reach the 12 weeks. What do you guy think? I am committed but when my world gets knocked upside down I don't stay on track. I have to plan for everything and when it is not planned I don't do good. I have to work on that one.

That is about it for me. Just wanted to let you know what has been happening here. Sorry I haven't been on. I am going to miss everyone when I am gone. But I am packing my food diary, my exercise journal, and my weights. I plan on exercising and strength training every other day while gone. I really don't want to have a gain when I come back. Plus I am taking my food scale which I need to buy a new one. Mine broke last night. I have used it a lot. I have to get another one tomorrow. And I am taking my measuring stuff with me and my favorite small frying pan so I can still have my oatmeal and egg for breakfast everyday.
Also it has been raining here all week but I have walked everyday but today. I have been walking for 30 min inside my house. Around my house. Megan follows me.LOL I know that the 30 min is 1 1/2 miles. So I have been doing that. I am trying to do it everyday before I eat then I do the strength training before I go to bed to keep my metabolism up throughout the night so it burns more calories while I am sleeping.

Well I am exhausted I am going to hit the sack for the night. I will check in here tomorrow.

Nita glad you are doing great also and had fun at SRD. Keep up the great work.

Penny, Christie and Summer glad to hear from you again. I was missing you.
