
I just started using Richard Simmons' Food Mover yesterday. So far, I'm doing well but this is just day two. I made a mistake when I put my calorie card in. I had the one for 2000 and put the one for 1800 calories in. I just realized that I put the wrong one in again. I was supposed to put the one for 1600 calories in but I will leave the one for 1800 in until Monday when I weigh-in at TOPS.
