Hi i'm thinking of joining tops and would like some info I went wednesday to a meeting but went i got to the gym the meeting was cancel they all went to a trip. i found out there was going to be a meeting that day so i just walked in i was told to go next week. So can anyone tell me anything about and how it works and how much it cost. it will help me alot i'm still going wednesday but it will be nice to know now i can't wait to next week. thanks

Also tops is basically people helping people. You do your own plan, and go to meetings for support, encouragement, and incentives. Here, all the ladies are awesome. We help each other as much as possible, and we are pretty honest wtih each other with tack. Most of us have become real good friends. We care about how the others are doing on their program, and we share information. Sometimes, we just listen. We have our good days, and our bad days, but one thing in common, we want to lose the weight. so welcome. I find the more I'm here the better i do.

Hi Majestical and welcome to the TOPS board. Do try the www.Tops.org Its very informative and will explain a lot to you.
TOPS cost $20.00 to join and you have to renew your membership every year. Then you have a small monthly fee, not more than $5, which the chapter uses for rent, to buy awards, etc. TOPS is a non profit organization. It is a weight loss support group. A meeting consist of weigh in, role call, contests and incentive reports, and there is always a program. I really enjoy going to TOPS. Hope this helps some.
