I say a loss is a loss no matter how small. I know we always want it to be more but at least you lost. It is still getting you closer to goal girl. You can do this. You know you are not writing everything down and STOP EATING THE JUNK FOOD.LOL I am glad you got some ideas from the person last night about the training. At least they could show you how to do some things. Between you and penny I have enough exercises to last me a life time. But it is great to get the info. It is nice to have a lot to choose from. So I can mix up my routine and not do the same exercises all the time.
Christie wanted me to tell you all that her computer is now dead. She can't even get on it at all. They need to fix it or get a new one. So she doesn't know what she will do. She is sure she will have a loss this week. She is doing great also with the eating she isn't exercising. She is very busy with her tupperware having parties and such. She said she really misses us and can't wait to get back online again.
I am doing great for yet another day. I didn't have all my fruit today because I had 3 tacos for my dinner and I measured out everything and split it up between the 3 of them. I didn't get as many veggies either but I got them throughout the day though. I am watching my points very closely. I ended the day with 21 pts. which is right in my range. I did do my cardio workout today. 1 1/2 mile power walk. Hopefully my scale will be down tomorrow because I didn't do any strength training today. But I feel smaller and it is a great feeling. I am doing this one day at a time. I am writing down everything that I am doing from eating to exercise to my day off. It is really working. Now I just have to keep it up to get to goal.LOL I will. I am very proud of myself.
I think someone had said here one time that strength training makes your muscles retain water. That might be why the scale goes up when we do it. I am glad I am taking a break in between the upper and lower workouts like I am supposed to so that it gives the scale a chance to come down. I have to remember that even if I don't have a loss from week to week I am doing great and all the right things and it will come down. That I CAN'T GIVE UP! I won't give up this time for sure.

How are you doing on the challange so far? You were supposed to start yesterday.
I think setting the 12 challange for ourselves is great. We are planning to do everything right for that amount of time. If we all make it through 12 weeks of losing and doing the right thing it will help to guide us in the right direction to staying healthy. It will be easier to make great choices after doing it for 12 weeks straight. We are forming healthy habits.
My dad always said if you want to change a habit then do something for 30 days and after that it will be a habit. We will see what happens. I have never gotten to day 30 with this yet.

But I will this time.
