Default Tax Day

Hi Ladies
Where is everyone? Doing their taxes. I didn't get to get on here much early this morn. Because the phone company was sending someone out to look at our computer. So was surprise when I did get on and nobody had been on. I rode my bike for 30 minutes this morn. Went 8 1/2 miles. Am afraid to get on the scales. So I will wait until tomorrow. Not real sure if I will get to go to the TOPS meeting or not. Hubby has a Dr's appt. So not sure what time we will get out. Hopefully I can go. I hate missing. Even if I do have a gain. I need to go. Because it seems like if I don't weigh in. Then I use that as an excuse to eat. Thinking I didn't weigh in so nobody knows how I did. But I can eat anything I want. I have another week to work it off. WRONG!! I also have been finding my self thinking. Well I am exercising now. So I can eat more. I am really going to have to make myself write down what I am eating and keeping track of my points. That really helps me. But I guess sometimes I just get lazy and dont write down. But for me that is what I am going to have to do. So I will go out and buy me some more tablets. So I can write write write. Well I hope all you ladies have a good day. Was really stormy here this morn. Now it is clearing up some. Suppose to be warm. Around 70 degrees. I am thinking of all of you. Will check in later.

Hey Coco,

You are doing great with the exercise. You should have a loss. I am one to talk about carbs. I have to do a lot better there and stop eating junk. I want to do this but for some STUPID reason I can't get myself to bypass this stuff. I have been at my parents the last 2 days and I have been getting into oreos and chips. Not a good thing. I will never make it to goal eating that junk. I have to just make myself stop I know. I guess I have to start talking to myself again. That worked before.

You will do fine with all the exercise you have been doing. Keep up the great work. I will be with you starting right now I will write down everything I eat and stay with my healthy plan. I don't get hungry doing my plan. But as soon as I eat junk it makes me very hungry. That is the problem.

Hello, Just dropping in for a minute. i just finished swimming laps but I still have to do Richard. I did not walk at work today. Knee was hurting too bad. I am looking for another loss this week. I hope it is what I am doing and not the meds I am taking.
It will soon be our SRD. I will be looking for you Nita. I will be helping out at one of the registration tables for a while on Friday morning. I am looking forward to getting away for awhile.

Cool

I didn't do very well at TOPS this week. I gained 2.25 pounds. I will do better next week. The meeting ended at 7:30 tonight. When I got home, it was still light enough and the weather here was very nice today so I decided to go for a power walk. I also three or four BIG GLASSES OF WATER since I got back from my walk!
