yogurt
lunch- 1 cup. of brown rice
Mix veggies
2 oz of chicken (baked)
dinner
2 lite hotdogs
2 slices of ww lite
stir fried veggies, no oil, used lite teri. sauce broc, onions, mush.

1/2 cup of oatmeal-2pts
1/2 cup of skim milk-1 pt
1 teaspoon of butter. 1 pt.
Lunch- red lobster
This first thing is the worst I did there.
2 coconut shrimps.
1 tossed salad
2 tablespoon fat free ranch (if that) I didn't use it all 1pt.
1 biscut 3.5pts.
1 rock lobster tail- 2pts. *i figure this cus- 1 1/2 pd. lobster is only 3pts.
3 oz baked potatoe -it was small 3 pts.
1tsp. of butter. I really did go sparingly with this. 1pt.
so, with the shrimp. i'm not sure. for everything today I would say about 20 points.
I still have dinner.
