Default april fools day-no joking here(ya right)

Well Easter was great. We had a great time. I did pretty good yesterday. Until I got home. But really didn't do to bad. I had some candy, and a desert. Could of had more veggies, Oh well I will make it. I also gazelled it this morning already.

Sherri-you should be very proud of yourself. Thanks for the information. Cus I was really worried about the sugar. Not that I wouldn't of eaten the 10 pkg. I had bought, but I probably wouldn't of bought more. The candy is made by russell stover. I wish every store carried everything, so I wouldn't have to go to 20 of them to get what I want.

It really sounds that everyone did pretty good, and some did awesome this weekend. Congrats to us all.

Default April already!!

Good Morning Ladies
Boy it sure doesn't seem like April already. Were is the time going. Well the saying goes April showers bring May flowers. So I guess that is what it is going to do here. Suppose to have some rain today. Had rain yesterday. I guess I would rather have the rain than alot of snow.

Well sounds as if everyone had a very nice Easter. I must have ate way too much yesterday. I still fill like my turkey. Stuffed Will be afraid to face the scales tomorrow night. But I will go and face them. I also think I may be up because of my walking. I did this last year too. But I go so discouraged that I stopped walking and started eating unhealthy and gained most of my weight back. But I am not going to do that this time. I am going to work through this. But I just keep thinking about what Dr Bob Greene said on Oprah and in his book. That if you have been excersicing and more or less a couch potatoe. When you first start excersing you will gain anywhere from 5-10 lbs. Said he expects you to do this. So that is what I am hoping that is going on with me. Am really going to start using the points system. Writing down everything I eat. Have been doing that. But there are some days that I don't write down what I am eating. Have been using the points. With what little info I had. But know I got the WW at home kit. And it has been really helpful. I really want to get this weight off. So I am not giving up.
Well I better get off here. I hear hubby up. Will walk here in a little bit. You ladies have a great day. Will check in later.

Good morning,
Coco. I have been using the point sysstem for a few months, and I find it easier to use. especially with the aids like the supermarket book and the eating out book. I can find most everything I want in one or the other, and with the calculator (the slide thing) it makes tracking my points much easier. Like you, I do much better if i write down everything as I eat it. When Iwait til the end of the day, i find out I overate, or even tend to forget something i ate. Yesterday I was sure I had blown it, but when I wrote down everything and figured up the points, I was under my limit! That made me feel good, because Friday i was real busy, and ate out twice, and when I got home and did my points, i was 13 over!!! I am now working on being under the rest of the week to try to make up those points.
Shortstack, What is a gazzele?? I keep seeing that in the notes, but not sure of what it is. Now that the Easter hurdle is over, i have no excuse for having candy in the house.
Thanks to all who gave me ideas for installation. We did have one, used candles and a few other ideas, and it went well. First one our chapter has had, and i think the ladies liked it. Because we have been so small, we have been very informal, but i am going to try to have more structure, and see it that will be more effective. Well, I am entertaining 2 little nine year olds today, and they are now awake, so must go fix some breakfast. Have a wonderful day, y'all. Hello all, Just a short note to say hello.
Mickey The gazelle is that piece of equipment that Tony Little sells on TV.
I am doing much better with my eating. I did not eat any candy during the weekend(bummer) just ate out too much.
But I am still looking for a loss on Thursday. Sorry this is short but have things I need to do.

Penny,

You are doing great. I think anytime you come off a holiday and either lose or turtle that is something to be proud of for sure. At least you hung on to your losses you have been having. Now you can get serious again and get back on track and you will have a loss next week for sure.
Remember you have an outfit and swim suit calling your name.LOL

Congrats for being under points for easter day. That is great especially when you thought that you were over. See you are doing great.
How did the sleepover go with the girls? Have they driven you crazy by now?LOL
Yes writing down what I eat really helps me also. Plus weighing and measuring everything is a big plus also. I know I always lose weight when I do all these things. That way I know how much I ate.

Girl you are doing great. You just got sidetracked is all. Just get back on track and start writing down what you eat and keep track of your points. It works. Remember I can help you with the points if you need it.
You are doing great and I believe that if you have not exercised in awhile then you do gain. When I do too much strength training I gain also.
So keep up the walking you will be fine.
Do what you were doing before and you will lose again.

You are doing great also. You are back on track today right with no more candy? Yes you are!!! GET BACK ON TRACK GIRL WE HAVE TO MAKE KOPS THIS YEAR!
That is great that you kept exercising over the weekend. You will lose this week I just know it.

As for me,

I am doing great. My scale was down again this morning. It has dropped 7 lbs now since saturday. I am so excited. I really have found the right plan. I am eating a huge salad for dinner and all the other food groups during the day. I eat more veggies in a day now then I have had in my life. And they are raw veggies so there is no processing to them to add all the junk. It is paying off for sure. I am going to keep it up. I am excited now. I am down 2 lbs from where I was on thursday at weigh in so I know I will have a loss this week. I did exercise today for 30 min. also.

How are you doing girl? I hope you are being good so you don't lose your status. I know you can do this you have what it takes.
