Good Morning you crazy chicks!

Leenie - you are too funny! I got my youngest ds good this morning. He had only been up a few minutes and still in la la land and didn't realize that today was April Fool's Day and I got him good with a story about one of his friends. mean momma!

Hey Cin how ya feeling? when is that gall bladder surgery?

It's almost 11 here - where is everybody else at? Busy? It's really busy here at work, that's why I'm so late getting here, but I'm hoping a walk at noon will settle my jittery thoughts.

What's everybody doing today?

later gaters,
cathy

morning everyone... took daughter to the city yesterday for a shopping trip.. she needed new clothes for spring/summer.. and is into some of the subculture clothing... talk about feeling "out of place" as I hung around waiting for her *lol* But, we had a good time and the trip cheered her up a bit.

I even found a few things, tho was very saddened to find out size 16 is very tight and would never do to buy *sigh.... I've never weighed so much in my life.. not even when I was pregnant. So, I was pretty down coming home, but I think I managed to keep it hidden from her.

Picked up my thesis from my advisor.. the one I keep turning in thinking I'm done and the one I keep getting back.. and back.. and back... I defend on April 14 tho, so the end is in sight.. and graduate end of May.

Hope everyone has a great day.. I'm going to go pick up my very upside down house...

Cool

What a way to start off April Fools Day...Grumble...

Today is one of those days...I went to get a glass plate out for my sandwich and....SMASH!! All over the floor!! My daughter packed them in there too tight and soon as I pulled one out...SMACK...then...I had to move everything over to clean off the counter and so I moved the dish rack over to other counter and it fell off of the counter and broke the blue spoon holder and glass light bulb protector. Sigh...and because the glass is clear, I couldn't see it all so when I went to trot out of there to get a pair of shoes so I could come back in the kitchen to vacuum up the rest, I cut my foot open and got blood all over..and still got a piece of glass stuck in there somewhere.. What a wonderful day!!!

ooooooooooh Noodles! sorry to hear about your mishap! Just a word of caution, be sure your tetanus shots are up to date. I stepped on broken glass back when son was 2 (he's 21 now) and I had to get a shot for it. Precaution.

Leenie, you had me going when you said you were pregnant. I had forgotten today is April 1! Congrats on your weight loss too!!! You go girl!

Hi Cathy and Cin *S

I had a tetanus last year...Felt like my arm broke for a few days!! OUCH those HURT LIKE A...... Ugh. Good thing they are good for 10 years.

Gotta get to bed!! Have to get ready for a BIG tournament on Saturday. 10,000 screaming kids = Noodles BRINGS Earplugs this time.
