I think I might have a turtle going on this week. I haven't really been keeping track as I should, and the scale isn't moving. But I'm in the process of learning new recipes with low carbs. We are having dinner at my hubby folks today, and I'm taking something totally low carb, except you use nacho chips for the dipping, but I got some wheatable crackers. Still not sure if legal on the plan. 12 crackers are 19 carbs. 4 sugars
the chips are 20 carbs and no sugar. So it's almost that the chips are better?
Sherri, christian whata think. I won't be back on here today to find the results. I'm just going to have to figure out for myself on this one. We are having fish, (white) and shrimp. french fries, (gonna try not to have any of this) ya, right. We will see. Also don't know how the fish is cooked. Salad to top it. So it should be bad.
