Sunday-next is monday (weigh-in)
Well this is where I'm at. I had fun at the inlaws yesterday, but I think I might have a gain. I didn't eat that much bread stuff, but I did eat a lot, and I did eat some bread, sugar, icecream (1 piece of pie, and 1 scope of icecream) I also had some margarita's, about 2 1/2 glasses. total about 20 oz. I did drink plenty of water, today also. I haven't exercised today, I'm not feeling really well right now. I need a nap, and my trusty old hands are hurting somewhat. Tomorrow is weigh in. This week is also a very busy week, trying to keep things going for my parents, they have something going on each day, what helps is I don't have to do it all. I do have to change my hours, on Wednesday, and Thursday. It also seems that michigan is going to be hit with some weather. Well eating wise, I am on track today. I'm actually doing pretty well, if my aches and pains would go away.
Eleni- I like your ideas, they are awesome.
Nita- as you can tell, we all have those days. We just got to bounce back.
