Default Wonderful Wednesday~

Good Morning Ladies,

Well I ate way too many points yesterday. After I got the news of my test all I wanted to do was to eat. Plus I have eaten so little points all week that I think it finally caught up with me.
I am going to be back on track today. I am going to the buffet but I will stick with just salad and fruit this week for sure. I am going to have a no carb day except maybe my popcorn tonight. I will have an egg this morning then lunch and then steak with salad and veg. for dinner.
I did get in 30 min of aerobics last night while watching the olympics. I only have today left to exercise then I have my full 5 days in. It is hard to work out for 5 days though. I think 3-4 days a week is better then I am not stressed about getting it in.

I hope everyone has a great day on plan.

Summer where are you girl.

Wendy did you join the easter challange? If so did you update your progress from weigh in? So far so good you had a loss first thing.
I should have a loss this week also.

Hi sherri- All I've been wanting to do is eat too. I'm still wanting the mcdonalds thing. Yes I did report my weight loss on the easter challenge. But if I keep eating, i will gain it back. I have a dentist appointment today. So that will be fun. I haven't walked yet today. My legs are a little sore, but I will get some in later. I'm not getting all my miles in, but I'm walking daily, and that matters more.

HI LADIES!!!! I'm alive and kicking....actually been riding my bike faithfully. Have also been reading the post, but just not had time to type.

Things have been hectic around here and I have been working off the stress by exercising. I took yesterday off, and that was OK....but I got right back on and have done 17 miles so far today. [2 sets of 6 miles and 1 set of 5] I would like to do at least 3 more miles and reach the 20 mile mark. I have NEVER done that!!!! It REALLY feels GOOD!!!

Now, the eating could be better. Gee, guess what is on sale at the store????......all the valentine candy ......and guess who couldn't walk past the bargains..... Enough said, right???

Sherri, Hope the next test turns out better. If you are a borderline diabetic, it is easily controlled by diet and the SB.....and any lower carb program is a good eating plan. All in all sounds like you have been doing really well. You amaze me with being able to go to the buffet and control yourself. Maybe my problem is that since the closest one to me is 100 mi and when I do get there, which is rarely, I thoroughly enjoy myself.

Hi Wendy, I'm glad that you are getting in some of the walking. Every little bit helps and they add up. You can resist McDonalds!!!!!!

Eleni, good chatting with you, sis! Come on girl, you and I need to give 'Mr. Hershey' a good swift kick in his brown little behind!!! LOLOLOLOL!!!!! [oh, sick joke....]

Summer is right. You can resist mcdonalds girl. Just think of all that fat you are saving. You are doing great. Real yourself in before you do some damage with the loss this week. I know you can do it. Is it almost that TOM? That is when I get real hungry for a few days just before.

Great to hear from you again. That is so awesome that you are riding your bike so far. I would never be able to do that. Keep up the great work girl.
You need to throw away the choc. girl it won't help you.
The only reason I do so well at the buffet is because I set myself up for it before I go. I tell myself that all I can have is salad and fruit and it usually works. But last week I had more but didn't do bad at all.

As for today I went tubing with megan and my sister and her family. There were 10 of us all together. There were only 3 adults myself and my sister and her husband. We had such a great time. So needless to say they went earlier then expected so we left right after work today. Megan didn't get to gymnastics and we didn't get to the buffet. Instead we went tubing and ate in the lodge afterward. I didn't do to though. I only had 2 eggs for breakfast and then a bacon cheeseburger and fries and 1 mozzerella stick. That was my meal for the rest of the day. I also got a lot of exercise climbing the top of the hill. They pulled you up the hill but then you had to walk some. I was out of breathe every time I reached the top where we went down. The next to the last time we went down we all went down at once. It was so cool and fast. Megan had to be the last tube so I could put my arm in her tube to hold her. She had a ball. She had to be in her own tube. I am so glad I went. It was nice to do something together that was fun.
I figured that I am down one size afterall. But nothing says I can't go again when I finally do reach my 10 lb loss unless there is no more snow by then.LOL
So I am so glad I made it through the whole week and did my 5 days of exercise. That was a huge accomplishment for me. I haven't exercised that much in a long time. It wasn't easy though because I have to make myself exercise.
We have all been doing great.

Weigh in day for me! Lost 1.75 lbs., and 3.5 last wk., so it's moving the right way.

Have cut quantities nearly in half, and it's veerrrrrryyyy strange to have leftovers in the fridge....have finally discovered that when you're full, you can stop - yeh!

Stay busy - eat less and be happy (and don't forget to smile)!

Well, hello all you BEAUTIFUL LADIES!!!!!!

Summer, you sweetie pie, I have not lost sight of the importance of me!LOL! I am such a narcissist lately it would blow your mind! When Carol was out she made me buy all new cosmetics, and we shopped till we dropped for a new work wardrobe. I am still getting in 9-10 hrs of exercise per week and I am totally in love with my new trim, fit, wonderful (are you ready for this) size 10 body that I can't walk by a mirror without checking out me! LOL Seriously, I check the board almost daily and there has been many a time I wanted to respond but like you I am just too busy (and once I start I blab and blab.) So I am stuck in a time crunch and have MOST Definitely not forgotten you all!!!! Yes I am checking into IRD but I am looking for a deal and if I find one we will meet! I am now 18 miles closer to your house to boot.

My news:
I actually did a mile and a half in under 14 minutes.
I lost 1.75 lbs (31 weeks)
I am now sort of fluent in Appollo (the travel program at work) and actually booked tickets to Quebec City today error free.(YAY!)
Looks like I will not make my my birthday goal and possibly not my 40 week goal but I will reach 150 sooner or later. The weight is coming off slower and slower but I feel so strong!

Well see, I was going to read the posts and have a shower (just got home from Kickboxing) but now I have stunk up my honeys computer room. Miss you all, (but once I am trained I will be part time so I will be back) Have a great week!

Sherri, glad you had fun tubing. You got your activity in...yeah!!!!!!.....and I can just see Megan's laughing face.

Kermie, I'm proud of you for losing the past 2 weeks!!! Weigh to go!!!! I bet there's a few more in you too.

CC, Great graphic!!!! Remember I told you that you keep going and going, just like that cute little bunny. Now are you going to attach a cute cotton tale to your tinier ....and taut [due to the kick boxing] rear end???? Aw, come on, you would be soooooooo CUTE!!!!!!

Ok, goodnight everyone.....have a few things to wrap up before going to bed and I hope to get there before midnight. Oh, I did get 3 1/3 miles more in today, so I did ride over 20. WOO-HOO!!!!!
