Congratulations girl. Another loss you are doing awesome. I knew you could get back on track. You are doing great.
I think you would make a great leader but are you sure with everything going on with your parents that you could handle it. I know you have a lot of stress with all that. And from what I have heard being leader can be stressful as well. Whatever you decide I think you would have a lot to offer your group. I think it is great that you want to bring in new ideas. Sometimes though the old members that have been there for awhile don't like change and you will but heads with them. I went through that. So I backed off all together. I don't even do programs anymore. Ever since I called the head people about my group the leader doesn't talk to me like she did. But now when she is not there the leader we had before puts on some kind of program. We have been exercising and the group likes that. We play music and get in a circle and go around and for a few min we do whatever the one person wants to do for an exercise then we switch and go to the next person. It gets you up and moving and is fun. It is better then not having a meeting and only weighing in. I could come up with a lot of great programs but I don't waste my time anymore. The article that I posted the other day could be a month long program. I was thinking of it. But I know they wouldn't let me do it anyway. So why bother putting it all together. They talk about giving up your trigger foods and focusing on goals and changing your plan as you lose the weight. It was real interesting. It was a challange that the girl is doing on the EDIETS site. I get their newsletter and there is some great info in them. I did print it out for me though. I can send you them if you want. Just let me know. If you do get leader you will need some ideas. We aren't even doing any contests right now either. I started the one before christmas and no one kept up with it. We haven't had one since and we never finished that one either. I went through the trouble of putting the prize all together and everything. I still have it. Maybe someday they will want to do it again and actually finish it this time.
The elections are coming up soon. So you go for it girl. It is always great to get new blood in there. That is what keeps the chapters going.
I am not going to exercise anymore this week. My legs are sore from yesterdays workout. I have worked out more this week time wise then I have in a long time. So I am going to call it quits for the week to give my body a rest and start again on friday. My scale is not moving anymore. So I will just eat low points and then go see how much I have lost this week. I am keeping track of what I am doing with water, exercise and food this week. That way I know if I am doing wrong at weigh in or not if I don't lose this week. But I know that I have been honest with my measuring and my pts so I know I should have some kind of loss this week. But in the article it says to keep track of everything you do so you can go over it at the end of the week so you know exactly what you did that either worked or didn't work. So that is what I did.
Have a great on plan day and for all those that get weighed in today good luck. You will have a loss for sure. We have all been doing great this week. We are all a bunch of losers this week.
