Exclamation Ok ladies here we go

Well first off..... I am so proud of myself! Jason my DH brought me 2 jelly filled donuts today for breakfast....( he is so sweet )
because he knows they are my absolute favorite!!!!!!
AND before Sherri croaks and then kills me, I DID NOT EVEN TOUCH ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!!! Not one!!!!! and no I didnt eat one either So here is what I had instead ................



Breakfast- 1 bowl of uncle Sams cereal with splenda

snack- grapes

lunch- buffet- had a salad (all legal) and some chicken and broccoli and a small piece of roast beef, and green beans, and some sugar free yogurt, (tiny amount) and some sf jello with cool whip

supper-
roast, broccoli and cheese

dessert- cut up legal fruits ( my usual LOL)

So lets beat our regular weekend eating pattern OK ladies, and keep these losses a comin

OK ladies, so far so good on the great weekend!!!!!!WOOOO HOOO

Breakfast- 2 slices of WW toast with butter and all fruit

snack- grapes

lunch- ww lasanga

snack- triscuits and bean dip ( maybe)

supper- baked chicken and spinach

oh and my vitamins and EFAs and whey protien

Smile Tuesdays plan

Ok here is what i had so far today

Breakfast- 1/4 cup ww lasanga ( long story)

Lunch- 1/2 cup ww lasanga and an apple

snack- uncle sams cereal

supper - turkey breast with broccolli and cheese and cauliflower, and a slice of her sf apple pie, not completly legal but not bad

snack- none, ate enough at supper LOL
did get in my water though

gonna try to get in lots and lots of fiber


Wendsdays Menu

Breakfast- 1 cup berries, (strawberries, blueberries, and rasberries, and blackberries)
1 cup skim milk with whey protien
and uncle sams cereal with splenda

lunch- ww lasanga and

snack- grapefruit

Supper- baked chicken, peas, and spinach, and a salad

snack- another fruit

There it is guys.....Hope you all have a great OP day!!!

Default 2-5-02

Breakfast 2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread.
light spread of peanut butter.

snack 15 grapes
and a few (*) nuts

Lunch
2 slices of readuced calorie whole wheat bread toasted Tuna/ low fat miracle whip
about 3 oz of tuna. light on m/w salad with light dressing
Dinner
light smoked sauage, brocc. and salad
not sure if I will have a potato

fuit of somekind
snack
low fat/sugar free healthy choice icecream. I do perfer the kind with sugar. But I have more options for my icecream next week. Found some information.
water, water, water, and more water

Exclamation weigh in day menu

Ok first of all I have done very good this week! I am trying harder than ever and if I dont have a loss it isnt because I havent tried ITS THAT TOM (can you tell)


Breakfast- 2 eggs and 6 oz skim milk with whey protien

lunch- bowl of special K with strawberries

and lots of water and tea so I can try to release water wieght
